If in Setting >storage u click on cache it asks if u want to wipe it. So its basically the same thing?

For the dalvik cache, use something like root explorer, and then go to data>>Dalvik cache.
Open the folder and delete everything in it.
Reboot you phone immediately, wait about 10 mins before you mess with your phone.
To clear your cache you can do it manually by going to settings>>applications>>manage applications.
You then select the applications one by one, and clear their cache.
Or, i haven't tried it myself, but CacheMate for Root Users seems to have a good rating on the market.

SkyRaider 4 Settings App Issue?

I just updated to SR 4 tonight and I can't seem to locate the SR app to look at the settings for the ROM. I do see that the flash was successful (according to the software #)..
I've already reflashed once, but I'm wondering if there's a step I'm missing.. Any ideas?
Skyraider settings? Should be in the app drawer.

Yep.. Already looked there.. Nada. When I flashed, I backed up the ROM, Wiped the data, cache & Dalvik Cache.. Still nothing.. Bad flash, maybe?

That corresponding APK could be missing from the ROM, just as a first fix have you tried to wipe the Dalvik cache as well?

Not enough storage?

Had anyone got this error before? Is there a fix? I got 7gb left of internal storage so this shouldn't be happening.

You don't need to bump your post every hour because you haven't gotten an answer yet. Not everyone is on at the same time.
Far as a solution:
First, have you cleared the cache and data for the market app and you still get the same error?
Are you running a ROM - If so, did you dirty flash(just wipe cache and flash the zip) or did you do a full wipe?(factory reset + Davlik cache)
If not running a ROM try to clear your cache anyways via CWM or TWRP see if that helps.

I did everything except clear cache for market. How do i do that?
Go to 'Manage Apps' in settings then click the market. There you'll see four options; force stop, uninstall, clear data, clear cache. Clear the data and the cache. This will make you agree to the TOS again but may solve your problem.

try reinstalling rom and rewiping everything again?
Do you have a directory called "LOST.DIR" on your sdcard that's ridiculously big? If you do, you can delete it - it's essentially the 'Recycle Bin' of Linux.
Also, try removing ALL your google accounts from the phone then clearing the market cache like mentioned above and then add your google accounts back. This is a fix for a different market problem but may work on this one as well.

tried it no success
I'm out of ideas then. Re-flash your ROM after doing a full wipe see if that fixes it. If not try a different or stock ROM.

[Q] Stop/Delete 4.4 Firmware Upgrade

Guys i need some help. My dad accidentally said to upgrade the firmware and its started downloading for 4.4 which i dont want.
Is there any way to stop the download or delete the downloaded firmware before it actually installs...?
I have already tried the following to no avail
-Clear Cache Partition from Recovery.
-Clear Google Services Framework Cache
-Clear Google Services Framework Data
-Force stop Google Services Framework.
Please let me know asap. The phone is NOT rooted, otherwise i know i could delete the cache folder, but to root it would mean wiping the phone for unlocking bootloader, so kinda defeats the purpose.
Thanks
Just don't update? Also I think it stores out in the tmp folder. But not 100% sure on that.

Its already started the download...
And from what iv read everywhere is that it will ask you to install the update once its downloaded, but after a few times you choose No, it will automatically install it anyway.
As for the temp folder, is that accessible without root?
From what I read it was stored in a cache folder once the download is complete.

It would do yes, but I don't want to have to reinstall everything from scratch etc... I'm just looking for a way to stop the update midway...
But ultimately if I can't find out any other way, its gonna have to be a factory reset...

And what if you disable the OTA service under Settings -> Apps -> All?
To do that, you don't need root.
I'm not sure this is working, because I don't use the stock rom right now...but it worth a try.

Are you talking about the Motorola OTA app...? Tried to force stop that, and clear cache and data, but that didn't stop the update...
