i have a htc kaiser with portuguese rom, but i would like to put the original english version.. well i want to know if it´s possible to back up the portuguese rom to a file and install the english rom.. i have already downloaded the htc eng rom on ftp xda but it doesn´t install, a error of device id apeears on screen..

O cara da assistência técnica disse que isso não é problema do aplicativo, mas pode ser o software ou o próprio telefone, pois não está conseguindo reconhecer automaticamente esse código mandado pelo whatsapp. Além disso, o whatsapp dual / duo nativo não fez a restauração do backup e não baixa nenhum arquivo / foto / imagem. Vocês podem me ajudar? Pode me dizer o que é isso? Estou traumatizada, pois estou quase um mês praticamente sem telefone, pq o primeiro que comprei deu problemas em TUDO e foi um inferno, até que trocaram. Se esse telefone estiver arruinado também eu devolverei e comprarei outro telefone, da motorola acho, pq não aguento mais me incomodar. Agradeço de todo coração seem me ajudar !!!
