I own a Motorola mb865 device of at&t
But i can't use Mobile hotspot as it requires att account but it's not accessible in India
My device is not rooted. So how should i get it?

Use SQL Lite Editor
- Settings Storage (the second one) > settings.db > settings
- Find "entitlement_check" and edit default value from 1 to disabled
If still doesn't work, continue:
Settings storage (com.motorola.android.providers.settings) > settings.db > settings
Find line number:
117 dun_apn_changeable
and
118 dun_enable
Change to 1
Then restart

yes i enabled it , and my phone its unlocked . any suggestions ? may i move to another rom ?
If you go to settings> wireless & network > mobile network > access point names >
if you found this empty .....this is the problem
create APN by searching internet about setting of your network .....
after this I think it will get work....

thx dude ! , but i did not under stud the part of making a APN , is this on my mobile device or on a PC , sorry if i ask too much im new

I use Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and I use CM 4.1.2.
Sometime When I want to create Access Point Name, I go to Setting > More > Mobile Network > Access Point Names. When I click Access Point Names, it doesn't go to place for create APNs but it goes to Wi-Fi place.
Why it like this? and how can i fix it?

I get the same on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 using PAC ROM 22.4.0 Android 4.2.2.
I cannot add APN details...
If someone has an answer please let us know.

Maybe yr rom developers forgot this option update ur roms or go back to stock or maybe ur developers created some sort of a flashable fix in short contact rom devs

Assuming that this is what you mean:
settings > customize > sync
then on your desktop firefox:
options > sync > pair a device
Enter the number you find here on your mobile device and voila!

4th- how to support a external hardisk through otg.

It depends on the web page. If that page does not offer a desktop version (link is usually at the bottom), then really don't know.

I have never installed it before, but you should be able to connect your M8 to your PC and type the following command from a terminal (with adb tools installed):
Code:
adb install C:\path\to\the.apk
Note you will probably need to choose yes for "Allow unknown sources" under the devices Security settings and allow USB debugging under Developer Options (if you don't have that under settings, tap Build Number 7 or 8 times).

Get an app like StickMount (by Chainfire) from the Google Play store. You will need to be rooted for this app to work. Insert drive with OTG cable, and StickMount should ask if you want to mount it.
Any other questions, the device experts here should be able to assist.

If you use Chrome as your web browser you can get the desktop version of a page in Chrome's menu. Touch the three dot menu button in Chrome and in the menu that opens there's an entry in there that says "request desktop version".

Sir, I use Samsung Galaxy s4(rooted) cyanogen mod, android v5.0.2. I use xposed framework. Using xprivacy we can stop apps from accessing our info like imei etc. There is an app called taskbucks . first I change my imei no. Then I install that app, it asks for mobile no. And refferal code.
I enter mobile no. Whose sim is not in my phone but in another phn. An SMS of their is received in that phn but registration process is not done completely bcoz it asks that the phone should have that sim running on that(although imei changed]. So is there any way to skip that step?
