Lg optimus g pro root
i bought an lg optimus g pro on craigslist to replace mine that was standing on its last leg. The new one that i bought on craigslist has supersu installed on it already. Supersu doesn't work i get the error "there is no su binary installed and supersu cannot install it. Ive tried to uninstall it from my phone by using root browser ive tried rerooting the phone using kingo root software it says the phone is rooted but isn't and i know kingo root software works because i rooted my other lg optimus g pro and i had full root how can i fix the root or just unroot it completely

Windows 7 works better Windows 8 sometimes has problems
Or If you are patient people are working on a zip for rooted phones with custom recovery take a few days prob
Theres Too Many Roots for Tmobil and Boost and Metro now lets give some Time for Cricket

I have the Lg stylo h634 through Cricket. After reading another thread I used Kingroot to root my phone. However I decided I wanted to removed the root so I can upgrade to Marshmallow. So I purchased Supersu to get rid of kIngroot. My phone is now stuck in bootloop. At this point I don't care what ROM I have, I just need my phone back. Any suggestions, help or even a "I'm screwed buy a new phone" statement would a least let me move on. I have been at this for about a week now.

Bring it to where you got it and play dumb. Don't mention root or anything of the sort. As far as they're concerned you don't know jack about phones. Just tell them it froze and you had to pull the battery to reset it but now it wont turn on.
My Cricket Wireless LG G Stylo is also briked
I rooted my Cricket Wireless LG G Stylo (H634) with Kingroot then I used Super sume to covert to SuperSU instead of Kingroots after I used the Super sume app and updated binaries the phone restarted and and is stuck on the LG logo. Boost and Metro has flash files all over the web TOT and KDZ files we need flash files for the Cricket Wireless LG G Stylo if anyone can post them online thank you in advance.

I bricked my phone with supersu me but i still had warranty after i rooted with king root so i called it in and they gave me a new phone
I rooted my new lg stylo with king root and sticked with kingroot cause i dont want to
Brick my phone again ever since my phone worked perfectly fine if you ever get a new phone just stick with kingroot

Dont use these apps unless theres a kdz available for your phone
I am rooted with New version 4.8 KingRoot. Have root checker Pro by joeykrim. No issues. First attempt with super su bricked. But phone was three days old. Duh my phone locked. New phone is rooted for good. Need custom recovery though.

I have a Boost Mobile LG G Stylo running Android 5.0.2 with software version ls770zv3. I originally rooted this device but wanted official Android update so I cleared root using clean up option in SU and after I did factory restore then installed root checker to verify it was no longer rooted which it isn't, but now some apps won't install, they get to the install point after downloading and just sits there then eventually closes playstore and restarts and gives me the install option again, also I get the dead Android when trying to update, things randomly close now and its just a pos all together. I can't find anything on this. Please help.
Has anyone figured out how to root LG G Pad 8 v495 (6.0.0 marshmallow)?

I JUST got this new tablet today and it was 5.0.2 Lollipop when I 1st turned it on, and it got a forced OTA upgrade to 6.0.0 marshmallow while I was still going through the factory setup/activation process! LOL!!! :highfive:

Root v495 AT&T LG Gpad F 8 "Firmware" 6.0 Mrashmallow with King Root.... So far I have successfully rooted & unrooted use King Root v4.5.0_2015_09_28 and the newest version 4.9.2_2016_05_30.. When running King Root it will say no root available but don't worry, just press "TRY IT" anyways.. I tried to find a version of Super-Sume Pro to remove King Root and all of its components but I have failed doing so.. I was also unsussesful updating SuperSu binaries so if anyone can find a way please let me know. I haven't tried the LG one click Root Tool used on the 5.0.2 Firmware as of yet but will update this post soon as I get around to it...

sorry to revive old threads just picked up 2 of these.
i used supersume and it worked just fine to let u know.
been a while since u made this post so u prob aint got this tab no more.
now so u know ive used sume a lot and it seems to hang on every device ive ever used it on but it seems to always work.
if u still got this tab let me know im activly working this ive backed up recovery and have been trying a few others and of coarse with locked bootloader always ends up in fastboot no unlock commands work but i will let you know if anything changes

Kingoroot is one I found to work done this with my LG Ozone 3. (e1q)
kingroot is not working for me. are kingo root and kingroot the same thing?
