Usually you can try flashing your stock firmware. If that still doesn't help, you may need to bring it somewhere for service.

You'll need to provide more details. That tool is only good if you've made a backup of your efs folder beforehand.

Probably flashing stock firmware with Odin is step one. Step 2 is likely a service center for repair. But perhaps the guys who own your device will have other ideas.

Hello, I have upgraded my i9500 phone from Kit Kat to Lollipop (didnt like it that much) so now I want to downgrade, I have tried flashing with odin the kitkat version but the IMEI gets null or generic, I have tried to restore the EFS folder that I had with no success, if anyone could help me, thanks in advance.

I try to ınstall phantom Rom but ıt gives me head ache ö then I try to ınstall the Offıcıal Rom wıth the Offıcıal bootloader
I an usıng Odın 3,09 I try to ınstall the Rom then I get a message whıch says that the frımeware has ıssues wıth upgradıng
Now I am stuck to do any thıng about that ,, please help
