Hi Guys,
first of all, thanks to the whole community for such a great support! Love the forum and didnt have to write a post prior to that, because I found everything I needed right away
So I have a "broken" HTC Sensation which I would like to bring back to stock.
The specs:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.27.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 11.24A.3504.31_M
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 3.33.401.53
(bootloader) product: pyramid
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8260
(bootloader) modelid: PG5813000
(bootloader) cidnum: HTC__032
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3703mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: 617f0a98
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
all: Done!
So which RUU do I have to download in order to get it back to stock? I always get the Error 140 Wrong Bootloader.
Thanks!

My desire s is damaged, and i want to send it to HTC to get it fixed,
But my device has a custom ROM and is S-ON.
But i would like to change it back to stock, so they cant see that i put i custom rom on it.
I have searched several threads, but i got stuck with finding the correct RUU.

And is there a way to remove 4EXT recovery and get the stock one?
Thanks,
And what is this then?

Gday
I've been fumbling around with my Telstra HTC One XL for a while and although I think I have the hang of everything there's always something new to trip me up. I recently installed CleanROM7p1 which is working fine except I'm having radio issues, very bad reception, no data. This is probably due to a bad combination of HBOOT and Radio. I currently have the following hboot 2.14 and Radio 1.26a.32.45.19.
ive been able to S-OFF and SuperCID
Current config is as follows
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 2.14.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.26a.32.45.19
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
(bootloader) serialno: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(bootloader) imei: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(bootloader) product: evita
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8960
(bootloader) modelid: PJ8312000
(bootloader) cidnum: 11111111
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3976mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-97c9a06e
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
all: Done!
So anyways my question is really how do I get to hboot 2.15 ? I know with S-off its supposed to be a piece of cake but I cant even find the right stock firmware to get to 2.15. Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Stu

I'm just in the midst of learning how to RUU.
Im currently assuming that RUU'ing the latest on my phone will present a newer firmware that can possibly make my ville run better.
Is this true?

What kernel do you recommend flashing on a nightly Cyanogenmod 10.2?
Thank you for listening

It may be your supercid that's causing the problem and have you flashed stock recovery for the ruu
Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Thanks it turns out the recovery may have been the issue, got it working eventually once I changed back to stock recovery
Hi,
I know there are many threads here that tell exactly how to revert to stock but I can't find the files for my device.
I have a HTC One S (Ville) and it's details are as below:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 2.15.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.11.50.05.28
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: ************ (removed)
(bootloader) imei: *************** (removed)
(bootloader) product: vle
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8960
(bootloader) modelid: PJ4011000
(bootloader) cidnum: GLOBA001
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3777mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-64bedd38

all: Done!
Could anyone here point me in the right direction? I've never really played with HTC devices and I was barely able to root it and get CM installed on it, however I would really like to go back to stock.
Would I need to gain S-OFF first or can I directly go back to the stock HTC rom?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: Just managed to gain S-off. Haven't played with cid yet and downloading this at the moment.
