I know there is a flash player coming up to G1, however, is there anyway to watch any video online on any website and reroute it through our youtube player application so we can watch the videos online?
afaik no there isnt but i will look into it. good idea though...
just got this a few days running stock JB 4.1.1 and yesterday these problem came up
video on youtube was fine at first then after playing next youtube video it wont play the video and no sound, after that i checked the stock video player and dice player it wont play any of my videos including the samsung demo videos also. i had to restart the tablet and it can play again.
then today it happened again this time while playing a video on dice player, after selecting another movie it says cannot play video, and i tried every video including samsung demo vid and wont play also... and i had to restart the device again which is an inconvenience.
so far this problem happens at leasat once a day since it first happened yesterday...
i dont if any of u guys had this similar problem
Try to wipe data, cache partition, dalvik cache with custom cwm and then reflash your ROM.

hmm i didn't try the camera while it cant play any video's, ill do that when it happens again.
Hello, i just bought new Xperia XZ, updated to Nougat version. But there is one problem with Youtube App. Every time I set a resolution of the video to 1080p, the next video will always play in 480p, so I need every video set manually to 1080p, why is this happening? I have noticed since I got this tablet that when watching videos of all kinds maybe every 30 seconds or so part of the screen will go "blocky" until the picture in the video changes and it clears.
This happens on music videos downloaded from Xtendamix and also files decoded with Handbrake.
Is it an issue with MX player or the tablet itself?
Same files play perfectly on my laptop and my Huawei P30 Pro.

When I watch a video using MX Player Pro, the screen stops before the notch and nothing I do will bring it over it.
Youtube is able to go over so it seems it's a software issue, has anyone been able to solve it?

I also bought mxplayer pro but i switched to vlc waiting developers to correct their mistake
if your phone is rooted you can use Aspo Mods and turn off ignore the camera cutout and all videos etc now have full screen
