Is there an APP to block other apps from taking information from my device?

We have all read how apps can steal your contacts, photos, track you etc. We even get notified when a new app is installed on Google Play. Is there an app which can BLOCK any and all outgoing information ? A kind of reverse firewall not letting stuff out?

I think I found my own answer. On a rooted phone install Adaway and then reboot. Disable the following service within Facebook using DisableService app.
"com.facebook.feed.platformads.AppInstallService"

AdMob alternative that also works on apps downloaded from 3rd party app stores?

Hello everyone!
I have just started developing apps and noticed that the AdMob ads are not shown some users that downloaded the app from a 3rd party app stores (Amazon App Store, APKMirror, etc.). I found out that those users do not have installed Google services meaning that the ads cannot be shown.
Question: Which AdMob alternative can I use that does not rely on Google services so I can show the ads to every user from every app store and generate revenue?
Thank you!
