Ladies and Gentlemen,
while we're waiting for the Lollipop OTA from HTC, i just want shorten you the waiting time.
Here is my newest Prioject for the new Material Design that Google uses in 5.0 builds.
I know most of you not liking the white backgrounds all over the place, so i've decided to invert it with google colors.
Please make sure, you already have stock Hangouts up and running before flashing this theme.
Attention: As always, flash at your own risk.
Please nandroid before you flash this.
Always good to have a working backup if something fails.
If you get errors, please report and sent logs, otherwise i'm not able to help.

Not working for me, first flash deleted Hangouts, second time didn't change the theme. I'm running Digitalhigh's rom with Elite kernel on Verizon.

Did you select to install gapps as data apps while aroma installer?
Will try tomorrow with DH GPE.

When you selected to install gapps to data, it always uses the data one instead mine which would be pushed to system/app..
Probably you could deinstall hangouts and flash the dark one again.. maybe it's working then.

Please try the DigitalHigh GPE Version in #1. It should work now.. Apk is not called Hangouts.apk in DigitalHigh, its called base.apk.. for me it is working now.

Thank you for trying. I wonder what is causing this not to work for me. I'm still looking at all white screens. I download the zip, go into recovery, I wiped the Davik and cache and then try to load the zip and then reboot. My screen is still white.

probably because you're hangouts is on data/app folder instead of /system/app..
If you want to try: Reflash DigitalHigh without Wipe, do not select to install gapps as data apps..
Then try my flashable DigitalHigh GPE zip.. should work then.

This is not the case and I tried redownloading the app from Google Play and then flashing the zip.

Redownloading from google play will install it to data/app too, so not really a solution..
You need to delete the /data/app Hangouts and flash the zip.. otherwise it won't work.

There wasn't any hangouts information in data/app, it was in system/app and I went and deleted it from there. That worked, thank you for being patient and helping me solve my issue.

Of course M8 & M9 will receive the newest and greatest, the M8 is only 1 year old and the M9 is brand new 0_o
We, unfortunately, M7 owners will not be receiving Sense 7 officially. Here is proof from Mo, someone very high up in HTC management http://www.neowin.net/news/htc-reveals-that-its-one-m7-will-get-no-further-os-updates
We will receive Android 5.1 GPE though officially. (he states the target is April)
So be very happy for these ports, it's the only ones we will be treated to.
So thank you Arthur, more treats the better

*Whats the Difference between GPE and my Stock ROM?
I mean i know the meaning of GPE Google Play Edition. But the ROM itself whats the difference?
*Correct me if im wrong, Xposed is same with iOS Jailbreak and Having a Cydia Repository?
So it means, its better having Xposed than getting a huge size Custom ROM which is not quietly bloatfree right?
*And, This ArtMod Sence 7, this is not Custom ROM right? Only minimal Zip file and only has Sence 7?
So i will get the whole Sence 7 only?

Um where have you been during the entire "Sense" series? Like since the birth of Android...
Sense is a skin like TouchWiz, or what LG does with their phones, or Sony. Sense is like those, but I honestly feel like Sense makes waay more sense than any of those, I've only had HTC because of their Sense skin. It's completely integrated and is less of a 'Skin' than what the other OEMs do, I think. It's also not 'bloated' like it used to be. Sure, seems that way because its literally 4x the size of any other ROM for any other phone but for some reason, Sense always has worked best on this phone for me any non-sense ROMs like CM, always seem to have some lags or something. GPE is the same as CM, non-Sense.
Xposed is a modifier, or buffer, that allows you to modify the ROM on the fly using modules. Nothing to do with ROMs size or w.e. its just a modification tool. And it can cause bootloops, its still extremely alpha (xposed - don't use it for another few more weeks unless you want to risk bootloops)
This ROM from Author is just like the other Sense 7 ROMS you see on this forum right now like 'santod's Sense 7 ROM, its a port of the newest ROM using the official bases (which means the most complete 'official' experience as everything you'll see and use is identical to what the M9/8 users will be using). He's put in his own tweaks that make it his 'own port'. So its a 'custom' official ROM. Just read. If you don't understand what I mean by any of this, probably best you DON"T touch anything. Leave your phone how it is now, working, before you break it.

These are not bugs. whichever rom you used had those things added to the rom.
This rom doesn't have them.

I forgot enable Beats Audio. Please flash attached zip after rom in any time.

Thanks so much for this! I only liked Hydrogen OS for it's launcher and I'm glad I can use it on CM12. I'm running CM12 Nightlies and it works like a charm!
One thing to note: this doesn't play well with lower DPI (At 400 DPI this is how it shows, 480 being default and working fine)

Worked fine just installing the base 0.2 apk. Though the file wasn't named correctly and is OPLauncherv0.2apk when it should be OPLauncherv0.2.apk My phone didn't recognize it at first since it wasn't showing up as an apk file.

The clock widget will show up if you disable the navbar (and add pie control or something similar), and clear OPLauncher's data.

[ROM] [MHC19J] Optimized Stock Rom (Debloated, Odex, Aroma Installer!)

Welcome to my new thread!
I have just created a new custom rom which is based of stock android. The rom is Debloated, Odexed and has Layers support! I use this rom as my daily driver. The battery life and the performance is brilliant!
For customization I´ve added Aroma Installer. Now you can choose if you want for example Viper4Android installed I´ve also added Layers support. Because of some problems with SuperSU you have to flash it manually.

Is this ROM compatible with android pay?

I don´t know the rom is very stock just with some apps that were added/deleted.

I was wondering what you meant when you said you will have to add it manually when refering to the layers? Do you mean Su has to installed manually or the layers app? Also is the file uploading did see the link to download the Rom? I was also curious about Android Pay.

Rom installed fine, android pay did not work. There is only a couple of Roms that is works with anyways. The ones that work have root built into system then you have to unsu them and reflash the systemless root. I know you are having a problem with root being in the rom, you might have to use the old system root with your rom built in to get it to work. Anyways Rom seems to be running great, Thanks

It might still work I forgot to reboot but wiped my phone already. I am pretty sure android pay would work with your ROM.

I've been watching HTC One a9 Android Development since I got my a9 in November. Once I got it unlocked and started looking for a rom to suit my needs I realized: there weren't any. I've worked on building a custom Sense based (but Senseless ) rom for about a month now. As there are very few roms for the a9 (CM being the only one I know for sure about) I decided to share. Due to my incredibly low post count I'm not allowed to post in the development thread (mods / admins, please move this to a9 Android Development if possible, if it is not allowed here my apologies)

Using Vaiarom is done AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
Vaiarom requires an unlocked bootloader and s-off.
Vaiarom is designed for hiaeul, though I'm sure converted devices (like mine) as well as supercid devices will work.

Yes the stock messaging app is removed. It can be added to the zip before install or installed afterward. This is built on the US Unlocked version of the base software. Build number has been added to thread title.

I highly doubt anyone will develop anything for this device on the 6.0.0 base. Sunshine is a worthy investment.

I'm not paid by sunshine, I had to pay them to be able to update my phone to 6.0.1.

Hello. I am trying it. But i can not open Personize under Settings. So i can not enable Hide Nav Bars.

What is the Name of the Lockscreen which you have integrated?

I'm pretty sure Personalize not working is a direct result of removing something related to Sense home. The lockscreen is just android's built in version. All I did was remove the HTC lockscreen. I'm going to attempt to get this working with an aroma installer so that everyone can keep (or remove) whatever they'd like.
