Hello,
I am a newbie on xda. I have a sony xperia arc LT15i 2011 model build 587. I am going low on internal memory and having difficulties in installing other apps. I read about an app Link2sd which saves internal memory space by transferring app and data to sd card.
Just wanted to know how safe it is to install such an app and are there any known threats related to this app which could adversely affect my phone. Also if some one can give me a complete guide for installation of this app on my phone i would really appreciate it.
My phone is rooted with bootloader locked.
Any help and suggestion is welcome.

app2sd n' link2sd is different. I don't know with galaxy devices but in my xperia m app2sd doesn't work, cz now jelly bean was deleted the function to move apps to sd card.

oops sorry!! link2sd work well in many galaxy devices, so I think s duos too
my question is can i use link2sd to install my apps in the ext_sdcard on my xperia j?? it has limited internal(2GB) i can only install 2 or 3 HD games but can i use link2sd to make my apps install on the SDcard? Thank you
Xperia J first of all is not a gaming phone hence it is not made for HD Games and second linking apps 2 sd causes crappier performance since the sd card is slow ( most cards are only class 4 or 6 )
Hi,
I inform you that I have a samsung galaxy tab2 p3100 which I upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2.
every thing is working fine,
but when I try to convert to a user app into a system app,
it shows an error that my system space is too low.
and also whenever I install any apps in my tab,
it is directly installing to my external sd. it's little bit irritates me.
so
I kindly request you guys to help to extend my system app storage (which is 1.2 gb in 4.2,2, but in 4.1.2 it was more)
if u guyz can help me out of this, it would be my great pleasure to thank all....
...................Thanks in advance for your re9lies................

Do you have to partition your sd card. If so, install the application link2sd
