Thanks : Bien:

I use Stryder Rom and installed cwm before deodexing. After deodexing I installed kernel (it's the only way to avoid bootloop). And now I have dual recovery — first long flash to enter 6.0.4.8 and second (short) flash for 6.0.5.0. Swipe works on second only but in other ways they both work perfect. Can I install twrp instead of 6.0.4.8?

Does the Stock Kernel with Dual Recovery works on 11.3.A.3.1
Can anyone tell me about this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-j-e/development/rom-cyanogenmod-10-dual-sim-t2518451
If it works with the stock kernel 11.3.A.3.1 as well?
Thanks in advance!

The kernel is provided with the ROM itself, so when you flash it using any recovery, it will automatically flash the required kernel!

Stuck with stock kernel, using custom rom/kernel package.
Hey peeps, I'm running slapnuts v1.4 rom on a d2vzw gs3 vrucml1 baseband. The rom is supposed to be running with Lean Kernel v4.0 but for some reason I am stuck with the stock kernel. I have also tried flashing Lean Kernel by itself but with no success, actually whenever I flash it I just end up losing wifi and having to flash the ml1 modules back. I could use some help here, thanks!

There are tools to flash the custom beta recovery, but it will take a hour or maybe even more to make one.
By flashing custom recovery and doing a local update to 5.1 is way easier.
