sorry can't help. my question to you is this - what rom do you have on it now? or are you stuck and trying to flash stock? are there any roms for the Realm?

I'm having troubles flashing the stock lg realm Rom. I don't have a copy of the stock rom but I accidentally flashed a recovery on the boot flash so every time I power on my realm custom recovery starts and I can't get out of it. Please help thanks!

You don't flash this.... it's a stock rooted system dump for devs to use for a rom base or for a user to pull a stock apk etc from.

How to install this firmware
can you upload a video guide I am having trouble installing update and I have already tried to update the firmware via LG Mobile Support Tool but it just stucks in the middle of the process ............. in there any way which I can copy this firmware to the default directory of the Tool and install the ROM through LG Mobile Support Tool ............................................ or which directory LG mobile Support tool is using to download the ROM ................ any one can help please reply ASAP ..... I really need to update my Phone I am trying to update my phone since 2 days but still :no success

This came from Sammobile. I downloaded it so I can start working on a rooted ROM. You will need this to update the baseband, etc. anyway, so I figure I post it in case anyone needs it. This is the one to use to upgrade to stock 5.0.1. or return to full stock.

Im on rooted stock KK. should I definitely flash this for the bootloader/radio, and can it be flashed in recovery or must I Odin? Thnks in advance

You should flash with Odin. If you flash in recovery, there are other necessary partitions that won't be created and you'll have issues.
