Still asking for black volume bar!
1) Decompile framework-res
2) go to res/layout/ & open volume_adjust.xml
3) u will see in 4th line android:background="@drawable/dialog_full_holo_light"
4) change light to dark
Recompile and test

Since I changed some colours with UI Tweaker, the ok/close in dialog boxes disappeared. Probably because the ok/close is black on a black background. Maybe it was changed when I selected Black Bars for taskbar and softkeys. After a soft reset, it is visible a few times and then it always disappears again. This never happens with the ok/close in the top task bar, only in windows like in the attached image.
Please see the attached screen capture where there should be an ok/close button on the top right of the dialog to close QuickClear (red arrow).
After a long search on the forum and Google, I didn't find any solution yet.
I am using a Mio A201 with WM 5.
Could you please help with:
- the location and name I have to search for in UI Tweaker to change this colour?
- the registry key to change it?
- the change to make in the theme or elsewhere?
Thanks for your help.
THe quick way to do this is to change the theme on settings/today.
This should then make the ok visible. The UI tweek settings only apply to the theme that you were using it on when you changed the settings.... thats how i got round it anyway when i got carried away and turned all text black on black backgrounds

Click to collapse
Changing the theme was not enough, I also had to delete the registry entries under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today\"name of theme".tsk
and then reload the theme, then it was ok.
Thanks very much for your help.
Hey, so the notification text colour in the 'drawer' is black, on a dark grey background which makes it almost impossible to read for mst things (downloads etc)
Is there any way to change this? I'd like to change the colour to white or somethng
Thanks in advance!
U can play with UOT kitchen, but several things seem not to work for our stock rom (window animation/lock screens/notification power buttons) It's easy and doesn't harm to try though.
go to uot.dakra.lt/
Thanks for the link, I tried out just changing the notification drawer, but although most of the edit worked, I lost the drawer transparency :/
More experimentation required! (I'll post back here if I have success)
I was editing sytemui.apk(only icons) and after replacement of my icons my brightness and screentimeout toggle switch is not displaying meter.......the blue line which was coming bellow brightness icon....pls dev help me
Thanks in Advance
Hi BoBCaTRoM,
Just like to say Thank You! for the great rom, love what you have done and will be donating for the good work you and your colleges have created
Anyways I have a question and sorry if already answered but I cant find related post. I just updated to you new Mod fix with 3minit 3.4 from your mod section and notice after successful update that the status bar colours have changed to a green and white colour.
All of the notification section have changed to green and not original blue (which I prefer) The clock on the status bar is white and so has the wifi signal colour changed to white.
I tried to change under 3minit but not successful. I was wondering if you have a default settings (original bobcat theme) with new updates or a way to revert back to all blue theme without the green?
I noticed in mod section there is a restore but I loose 3minit update and some of the extra notification buttons (reboot, power off ).
Another question I have is regarding CRT-OFF Not sure if thats exactly whats cause it but when I press my off button and press restart I dont get the option for rebooting in Recovery or Download mode only restart. I keep my animation scale to 1.5 cause I read that this might be a cause but has not solved the problem.
How can I get Recovery and Download mode as a option for restarting?
Sorry if this is any way confusing, please let me know and ill try to explain a bit better or with screen shots.
Thanking you in advanced and loving your work

HI, like the title says i need help, i want to change the signal bars and the battery icons on the status bar of my Moto G XT1302 runing Kitkat 4.4.2, i can't find how to do it, i followed some tutorials to change de SystemUI.apk with 7zip and nothing, tryed with XbatteryThemer module and nothing, tryed SYSTEMUI ICONS module and surprise, nothing happend
i changed like 40 signal bars with the module, because the are SO MANY signal bars, 4 bars, 5 bars, white bars, orange bars, small bars, big bars, medium bars, i changed every single 4 bar (is the default on the phone so i think some of them has to be)but no, still showing the stock signal bars, nothing even happend when i changed the SystemUI, only went back to stock wallpaper
So, someone know how to change it and works? is there anyhthing else to change? any specific size or dimensions? i really want to change it, when i changed the SystemUI set the permitions to rw - r - r
Thanks!
Install xposed framework and use the gravity box module...You will be sufficed...
