Hey all, received my Neo Hybrid and Tough Armour today and the power button on the tough armour is really stiff. I took it out of the case and just put the rubbery bit on and it worked okayish (i made sure the button was in line with the button bit on the case), when i put the plastic bit back on it worked less okayish and then just went crap again. I dont know if its because its new or because the button isnt aligning properly but I have put my Neo Hybrid back on because it was a pain.

It definitely takes a harder push than some, but it's still one of my favorite cases. Buttons on slim armor are more tactile than the tough. Maybe give the slim armor a try.

Nothing more I hate than having to reef on the buttons to get a response from the phone, so what cases have you found that don't require a huge increase in button pressure?
my spigen slim armor does fine i barely have to push... it has cutouts in strategic places so that the rubber doesnt get held back at all

Thanks I went ahead and ordered one on ebay today. I had been eyeballing that case as one of my top 5 choices, your comment cinched it.
I love the buttons on my SGP Neo Hybrid that came today. Best case I've owned.
Wanting to see if anyone is rocking this pouch and what their thoughts were on it? I'm really digging the S-View Feature, but not sure if i should pull the trigger on the OEM S-View Flip Coveror this Spigen Pouch.
Also if you do, would a GS4 with a Spigen Ultra Thin Air case fit in it? Mahalo.
Yes, I have this case. Here's my opinion of it...
It' thicker than you think. This is not a slim, soft case, it's rigid and adds a bit of heft to the device. On the plus side, being rigid means it will provide some drop protection.
The view function works well and there is a little patch on the front of the case that corresponds to the Home button underneath. This is good for waking up the view screen.
You can easily take a call with the case on. This is a real plus.
Getting the phone out of the case requires a 'Vulcan nerve pinch', claw-like grip, as it fits in tightly. This may free up as it wears in. I don't think you'll get the handset in with any extra bulk on (if you got it in, you'd probably never get it out!).
I prefer it to the S-View flip case (which is slimmer) as, to me, the flap gets in the way too much.
Overall, I am in two minds about the case. For now I'll stick with it. If someone does a slim, soft leather case (like a Sena UltraSlim) with View window/functions I'll be all over it.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for the reply. The more i look at it, i think the Crumena is the case for me. Take care.

Why? Can you expand on why you don't find it useful please?
I have this pouch and the Neo Hybrid from Spigen.
I will say this, the case is more useful than the pouch IMO.
My review of the pouch:
Pros:
Feels amazing. Truly high quality
Isn't as thick as some cases. It is a bit thicker than the Neo Hybrid, but with that said it does offer some protection
S view is nice, but not as useful as say hover over or UCWW lockscreen
Cons:
This is not like some of the other pouches that had the little pull tab. Getting the S4 out of this tends to turn the ringer back on, or cause for fumbling on getting it out of the device.
As tight as the pouch is to the device, I've noticed that sometimes pocket lint /grit has gotten into the pocket once. This deals with me not cleaning my pockets perfectly, but in the real world my pockets will have lint from time to time.
The Home button is depressed on the outside of the leather, but is a 50/50 hit on the device. In otherwords, sometimes I pull the case out of my pocket or backpack and it will be showing the Sview on, other times I will have it on my desk and have to push the button a few times before Sview kicks in. This isn't the device, but the case itself. Now I may be pushing the device too far down or not far enough for the depression to line up perfectly, but the pouch seems to cover the buttons/not cover the buttons to my liking.
With this said, if I didn't have the Neo, I would use this pouch over putting a skin or one of the other cases on. I still prefer the pouch over the Sview cover that Samsung released, but the Neo worked better for my use than the pouch did.
I have just order this case in black and the red spigen hybrid case will use both when bored of one will use the other.

Appreciate the insight. I was wondering about whether or not the crumena view had the pull tab like the other crumenas. Hmmmm, decisions decisions.
Yeah, I thought it would have had it too. If it did I would be much happier with it. The pull tab would have balanced out the Home button issue for me.

probably a long shot but...could the Neo Hybrid fit in the Crumena View ?
Sorry for the late reply. No. The view is pretty tight and trying to stretch it out will only ruin the case and probably not match what you are looking for
I have since moved onto Spigen's slim armor view. It is probably the best case I've ever had.

thank you very much
I bought the Neo Hybrid about a week ago.It has enough protection and the best grip compared to dozens of cases i tried. just hoped i could combine it with a "view" style pouch.
Again thank you for clearing it up for me. :victory:
I have a Nexus S and like how the physical buttons are not flush with. they stick out and are easy to push. With the S4, and all other new phones for that matter, the are all flush. I find it a burden to press the screen button on the side of the phone. What case would be good that would have it's own buttons stick out making them easy to push?
Not flush for me. Buttons stick out and click
I went to the Tmobile store and tried the S4, and although the buttons stick out a little, not enough and not compared to the Nexus S. I have carpel tunnel, so why this might not seem significant- for me it is and a case with it's own buttons that would overlap would help alot(if the case buttons protrude outward enough).
I believe the neo hybrid does, though check out some pictures/videos first.

I concur the neo hybrid is hands down the best case build. Not a big fan of the iPhone 6 look it gives with satin silver but it's a great case with solid buttons.

Thanks! It's a toss up between Neo Hybrid and the Slim Amror Sigpen case. I like how the buttons are rubber and stick out more(which is a big help on my pained hands/fingers)on the Slim armor Case, but I like how the Neo Hybrid looks less bulky.
i actually think the neo hybrid buttons are better than the actual s4 buttons. they nailed that part of the case for sure. just wish it worked with more usb cables (without modding)

You'll find a few people who complained about the Slim Armor buttons when the case first came out if you go back in this forum. Since the buttons are made of TPU material they are a little squishy and take away from the clickiness of the original buttons. That was a dealbreaker for me. The Neo Hybrid buttons are hard plastic and feel similar (or better) than the actual buttons on the phone. They are a little easy to press, but that's my preference.
I have the Speck Candy Shell on my phone and the buttons are covered and stick out. They are MUCH easier to feel for and press than the phone without a case on.
The buttons on the "original" Samsung case are very nice as well... Like the way the phone feels and operates better with the case on.
Which case do you guys reckon I should buy out of the spigen range? Kinda in a dilemma here :crying: neo/hybrid/slim? I've bene looking them up some time now but still can't decide
I bought the spigen slim armor case

I've had the Ultra Hybrid, Ultra Fit, and now the Slim Armor. All Versions black.
The Ultra Hybrid honestly sucked. The plastic window scratched very easily and incredibly deep (over nothing, and yes the film was off) and dust got between the device and the case.
The Ultra Fit was very nice, a little pokey on the bottom but I used a nail file to fix that. The Soft touch was awesome, but it's just a little too unprotective for me. I had a few close calls. It also scratched the corners of the soft touch on the nexus 5, it's not really the cases fault. This will not be a problem on the white Nexus 5.
I almost grabbed the dizatronic voyeur but I went ahead and grabbed the Slim Armor Black instead. Damn this thing is nice. It's bulky, but that's mainly because I am used to that thin case.
It has the soft touch back and is not as slippery as the Neo Hybrid by friend has.
I'd say, get the Slim Armor. I prefer the soft touch of the Black.
I have a Neo hybrid with the spigen nano glass screen saver. I love it. I chose the neo hybrid because I was thinking i dont want alot of bulk as the phone wont fit in my pocket but also I didnt want something too slim that is just there as a decoration. It fits perfectly with the screen saver also. I have not had another case for this phone to compare too. The screen saver works excellent. It only has one micro bubble up top close to the earpiece. It feels like a glass screen and seems durable...I have been trying to take care of it and it show no signs of wear since early january. I would definitely recommend this screen saver as it feel so much better than the plastic ones I had on my old phones and the one currently on my Blackberry Playbook.

I have the same set up. It's pretty slim and non-intrusive for "normal" day to day activities. Plus it works well with wireless charging!
I have slim armor. Realy feels good in the hands. Material of the frame has smooth touching, but a bit harder than the nexus 5 case it self. The soft elastic part is thick around the edges, so it could save your phone if it gets dropped on the corners. Buttons just become a little little little bit harder to press. The only problem i have is the camera flash. When you take a photo in the dark, the case reflects back the flash quckier than the object you want take a photo of. So it is looks like the picture is okay in the middle but in the edges it is dark. Since I dont take pictures in the dark, because i know smartphones cannot do nice pictures in the dark with led flash therefore i dont take pictures in the dark

I am using slim.
The phone is big enough by itself, and I try to handle my phone with care.
If you want to be able to customize your case a little bit you should get the ultra Hybrid and I have a guide on the forum on how to make the back-plates for back of it so you can really make it your own.

I have the neo hybrid. It's a bit bulky but looks and feels nice once you get used to the extra size.
I had a Neo Hybrid, Ultra Fit and Slim Armor. Ditch the Neo Hybrid since it's too bulky in my hands and really hard to remove. Using Slim Armor now, feels goos in hands, ellegant and really easy to remove. :good:
Very nice and seems to be well made. I would say just a little bit bigger than the spigen tough armor. I like the case very much. Very easy to grip as well as take in and out of the pocket.
I have the Spigen Tough Armor Case and I think its awesome, and has worked out great so far. The power button on the Zero Lemon Razor Armor case is nice. These Hybrid cases with the soft rubber edges and hard outer shell are very effective.
Received the Zero Lemon Razor Armor case yesterday, so far the case seems to be well made, power are volume buttons work great (no need to press really hard), easy access to charging port. Case feels great in the hands, doesn't feel bulky, no issues putting in or taking out of pocket.
Next test is to see if it securely holds in place using the Mountek nGroove Snap 2.
7/16/2014 > Tried using the Zero Lemon Razor Armor the Montek ngroove Snap 2 magnetic hold, sadly the 2 don't work well together as my phone fell off as soon as I hit a little bump while driving. My guess is the case is to think for the magnet to attach itself properly to the piece of metal that's place between the phone and case.
Despite that little issue, I still give this case: :good: :good:
