Please tell us exactly what you bought because "Galaxy note 10.1 pro" does not exist, do you mean SketchBook Pro for Tablets.
A link to the app would be helpful.

I know that it been some months, the new Android was releasing... now, How can I install it in my samsung s3 within hack it? It is a spring version.

I have this 10'' tablet that I haven't used in quite some time. I have previously put cyanogenmod on it and its worked great, but since I am not going to be the end-user of this tablet, I am looking to revert it back to its stock form.
Where can I get the official Samsung software from?

You are in the wrong thread and forum.
1.S20 FE did not come out compatible with radio.
2.your device is A51, I think it's great that the appearance of the exynos s20 FE can be ported to your device.
but just that.
Ask in the publication that you put in this pots, about your problem or how to install the radio in your A51.

That's why since many years ago I always loved MHL.

Yes, I downloaded Dex to my PC and it worked, but I found a lag "maybe because my PC is weak"

since it is 2.0 that of the A51. 3.0 is needed.
but having Dex pc and wifi is more than enough.

Yes, exactly, but for your information, I tried it on a USB cable only and it worked
