Hello there,
I have a LG G2 configured with OpTmuS DE v2.2. I lost my root and need to reinstall it, but all the root batch files I found can't root my phone. Is there a specific root file I can run to regain access to my root? If yes, where can I get it from? Thanks in advance for your help.

If so, that is the thread you should be asking for help in, as the members there know it best. It says the rom is roote, soso I don't see why you lost root.
Ask in that thread and I'm sure it'll get sorted.

If you did something that resulted in losing root... Simply flashing the rom again should get you back on track.

Good day everyone, I'm a noob, lol..
A good friend of mine told me of this site and so i decided to join...
Ok, so I just got a new android phone about a month ago and am having trouble personalizing it..
I was told to root the phone that way i have better access to things and could also change the color and icons on my taskbar... Can anyone please help me root this phone? Again, i am new to this and actually, this is my first android phone ever... I have an at&t LG THRIVE (pay as you go phone)

I coudn't find a solution within the dev thread and I'm allowed start post in there
After isntalling that ROM I can't start WLAN. There es only the notice "Error" within the Wireless Settings. I have downloaded the ROM two times to check again if there is something wrong with the zip file but everything's in order.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

can be closed. The Search Mode didn't find anything ... but looking into nearly 30 pages was necessary to find a fix
hi have u tried restarting ur phone if not try it. this will def help you. if still the problem occur try to find a wifi app for your rom and install it again it should help

Hi,
Wifi issue has been fixed.
There was a download for it,but he has uploaded a new ROM.
Re-download and re-install.
hello guys. I have searched allover the web for a link to download the stock firmware for this device and all I have found is dead links, even Samobile. couldn't yield any results... please I urgently need this. I have a friend's sidekick 4g in my possession.. I tried to install a custom rom on the device and I ended up deleting the system partition... now I need to revert to stock with odin.. please any help would mean a great deal to me. desperately in need of this. thanks in advance

ì have been trying to root my phone for a million, using 4shared, mistro, kingo, poot, nothing will works. Will the vda work on my phone? you do not have my model listed, LGMS569 if i download for Optimus 2 or something? I am obviously technologically ignorant, or would not be having such a hard time to begin with.Thanks again if anyone can help me!

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. Its tough cause your device doesn't seem to be mentioned on XDA. Are you sure about the model number?
Anyway.....you could try asking in our general Q&A section and perhaps someone knows your device and can help.

Also, no....don't flash anything that is not specifically made your phone. It could very well brick your phone.
try installing a custom rom like cwm and then copy the su.zip to your phone memory. Then boot into the recovery and select install zip then select the relevant directory and click on the su.zip it works
In the TRWP installation my phone is not listed . I have a lg f70 d315 from straight talk and can't find any info anywhere for the closest equivalent phone to list for my device in the twrp app. I was told to download this app as this would work, and even got the paid version to get the most out of it for the extra features . Does anyone have any experience with this . I would really like to get this going to see what I can do with the app. My phone is rooted and I've got 4.4.2 KitKat. Any help will be very appreciated.
