You need to flash the root files too through recovery AFTER FLASHING the ROM as stated in the OP of the ROM's thread.

I have Extremely Tweaked ROM, link on my signature, excellent ROM but the dev decided to move to another kind of ROM based on Note4 and closed the thread.

Exactly it's a flashable zip, i'm on ROM prism 14.6 and the zip work for me perfectly

How do you expect to wipe,format,install and backup roms without recovery? Search for cm12.1 from @zim555 at 4pda forums.

No... only stock roms can install from odin, all custom rom install on custom recovery like twrp or cwm.
You can find here a tutorial to root, install recovery and flash custom rom.

I only have the file not as a flashable zip. It is a backup made with Flashify. Here you go:

Make a backup of the boot partition and then try to flash this zip that I just made. I think that it should work:

Yes, I extracted the boot.img from the latest stock rom from sammobile.
