I've seen a lot of cases that are " clear" , but I'm looking for one that's transparent, not frosted or smoked or anything along those lines. Also not a case that's only half clear... I want to show off the awesome back on this phone.

There are none. It's been said because the clear always discolor over time. Discolor meaning "yellow". That's why the frost or smoked versions. The closest thing you have is the Poetic Atmosphere coming out the end of this month.
But my recommendation is to get a screen cover for the back and front and get a bumper. I did it and was quite happy with it, however, after installing the OEM bumper, the phone didn't fit in any of my generic cases and I am real hesitant in just putting it in my pocket.
Even if you were to find one that is completely clear, you won't be able to see the glistening on the back. I have a case that's completely clear on half of it and you can't see the dots.

I ordered one, for 6 bucks and free shipping it was worth it for me when I only use a case a handful of times a year. I actually canceled my 30 dollar nexus 4 bumper order after seeing this cheap one. It doesn't need to be pretty for me, just functional the few time I'll put it on.

let us know (picss) when you get yours! It says silicone but from the looks of it, definitely TPU...but who knows maybe its hard silicone? also, the clear one looks clear but a bit hazy in one of the pics. let us know please, with pics reviews! thanks in advance!

the screen guard at the back would already make it lessen some glitter.. so better decide your self whether you want to save ur phone or show it off... get a bumper with a military shield i would suggest if u want to show it off

Don't buy the crystal clear case.
1. Its plastic, very, very cheap feeling
2. It doesn't protect the bottom and top
3. It scratches WAY to easy, I touched it with my nail and it scratched it

Carbon one looks cool. Anyone tried yet?
A few people on reddit bought it and they said it has been great so far in terms of fitment. One had the carbon one and the other I believe had titanium or leather.
Really liking the look of the titanium one, might order one later this week. If anyone beats me to it, please post pictures!

That's exactly why I bought one..tired of having to find a rough cloth to put the phone on so it doesn't slide all over the place. Purchased a carbon fiber one, hoping I get it next week.

I love it! lol, nexus doesn't slide every where now and it makes the phone look pretty awesome, can't speak for the leather looking ones but the carbon fiber one looks amazing. I'll take pics with my friends phone later.
I definitely recommend this if you don't mind covering up the glass back, I prefer it this way TBH, the effect is cool, but not cool engh I'd keep this sort of protection off.
Just received my titanium skin, it looks fantastic. Haven't applied it yet (I'm at work; haven't even taken it out of its vinyl pouch), but here's a quick picture so you can get an idea of the texture. I scratched at it a bit, it feels a lot harder than you'd expect.
Finally applied it, took maybe five minutes. The fit is perfect and it feels very nice. Photos don't really do it justice.

I'm only a four-hour drive away, so not counting the weekend, it took a couple of days. Probably going to order a couple more now that I know what I'm dealing with (ridiculous precision, easy application, amazing results).
All the reviews I see of the S-view say it is bad, when actually they are reviewing it before it has had a chance to be broken in. When broken in it closes completely, and it doesn't leave marks on the screen when you use a screen protector. I would recommend getting a cheap knock of and see if you like the feel before getting the real one.

I just grabbed an official one for $36 on ebay that ships from the United States.
I'm pretty excited for it and will not post a review until I let it settle in. I also plan on using it only for when I work or travel. When I'm at home, I'll replace it back to the stock cover.

On a lot of the straight from China sites they have S-View looking cases that look identical to the real ones for around $5. Just don't want to wait the month or more to get it

It says it's an aftermarket product, meaning knock off, and it's $36. Too pricey. Amazon currently has it for under $50, I'd pay the extra for the real one

The $35 one is fake. The number 4 is wrong they used roman numerals, the real uses just 4.

I checked it out and fitted the white one today at bestbuy, but just couldn't justify spending $40+tax (after pricematch and $10 credit) on a plastic case, maybe if it was leather. I take pics of my toddler a lot, so this case is just not right for me.

I picked up an S-View case when I bought my S4. I do like how it helps to steady the phone when taking pictures or watching my Slingplayer. I use it as a sort of mono pod in my hands. It does remove finger prints on the glass with tge felt lined inside.

I really like the s view option, but I'm not thrilled with any of the cases out there yet. I would like one that properly protects the corners of the phone, and that stay closed if the phone is dropped. So far none of them have those features. I have an s view case (the tridea brand, from amazon) that I'll use until something better comes along.

No, it doesn't. The s view window is over the camera when flipped all of the way over. However, the window can pick up fingerprints, so that's something to be aware of when taking pictures. This hasn't been a problem for me so far, but I've seen posts by others who are concerned about it.
the s cover .. i have one.. its really uhh.. useless? i mean having that screen does nothing.. if you want to see something you still need to pick up your phone and unlock it..

I will get my One Mini in like 2 - 5 days. Of course I want to protect it.
Im kinda always outside and not at home, so there's like always a possibility to drop the phone.
My dad owns the bigger sibling (M7) and he told me this device is really slippy, even though it's pretty handy. I never dropped any of my phones outside and broke the display or anything.. Well I dropped my iPod Touch one time.. but that was an apple device.. I got over it

Could always get the HTC double dip case and a casemate screen protector. I find it works really well

Bought it, applied it following the direction, threw it away 20 seconds after. Complete waste of money. Hopefully Spiegen will come out the glass one for mini, by far the best screen protector I have ever had.

I have to dissagree. It went on better than the zagg i done for my lads Desire C, and is crystal clear when on. Yes, some ppl don't like the feel of these types of protectors, but as for protection i think its worth it. And for only £7, its worth every penny.

I got my case mate barely there case yesterday - 100% definitely worth it, tried the htc and generic cheap cases, all rubbish. Case mate is the one.... lol
Have an invisible shield on it's way - will report back on the screen protection, it gets 5 star reviews on Amazon.....

I've yet to find a case anywhere online other than that one shown from the event. And the one from the event doesn't really show it in detail. Has anyone found cases anywhere else hopefully with more detail?

That's a great surprise that UAG is making a case for the Note Edge. I emailed them about 1-2 months ago asking if they were going to create a case for the Note Edge but they said they had no plans to do so. So I am very happy to say the least!

From the appearance, I don't know how it would protect the "edge" screen if the phone were to land on that side directly. But, having a case like a UAG would make me feel more at ease carrying the phone around.
Things are looking up for the Note Edge because it now will have a UAG case + Zero Lemon responded to an email I sent a few months ago mentioning they are working on an extended battery.
The only thing that the Note Edge would be lacking is a tempered glass protector(which I really hope some company releases) and the lack of compatibility with the Samsung Gear VR.
I've also seen wireless charging backs for the note edge, kind of pissed that it's still not included out should i say isn't built in but at least I know there out there,I believe I saw them on eBay, both in black and white

Thats the one I order. Mines should be in this week.
There are 2 versions, one woth the edge part open to access it. The other it would be close like a note 4.
I doubt there would be many cases that would protect the edge while still letting you be able to use it.
Lol this reminds me of "the Santa Claus", "wgat if I fall off a roof tho"
But o do remember a giy doing a review and he said that there is a lip on the phone (metal side) that should hit before the glass. Due to it sticking out more then the glass and big heavier.

The rim that runs along the side of the frame. Actually, I just found out that is the only metal part of the phone from a product specialist. The rest is plastic.

My Flip Wallet case was delivered today. Initially I wasn't so sure about a case that left the edge screen uncovered but I must say it looks the boss!
