Hi im new to Flashing roms and stuff to my phone and i have a huge question and i need Help please Ok so Whenever i flash a new rom to my phone it does not read my sim or any other sim i put in my phone but when i restore it to the stock it reads the sim and others does anyone know how to fix this issue because i would love to have a custom rom that works so i can text and call.

Dear XDA-Developers:
I am having issues with my Galaxy Note 2. It got stuck on the samsung logo. Whenever i tried the recovery it has many messages on red and yellow identifying an error with EFS files. I want to know if there is a possible solution.
I have tried ODIN 3.10.6 and the Stock Android official Firmware 4.4.2.
I tried Kies, reinstalling firmwares and not solution.
Any posible help or tips very much apreciated,
