Use the search feature my friend. This should be posted in the Q&A section. Plus in there is everything you'll need to learn to flash a rom. I would do some reading before going about flashing otherwise you may have a $650 paperweight.

No you can't.
You have to flash only ROMs which are made for the specific device, otherwise you'll end up with a useless device.

Put shortly, very few people are going to know the effects of updates outside of the US for a US based device.
Can you take the OTA? If you've rooted or are using custom anything, I would not recommend it if you're not experienced with redoing it all (if necessary)
Yes by OTA and I'm rooted (towelroot)& I use officiel one

thanks do I need to use odin to install this firmware, and would this make this phone exactly like a tmobile phone, I really don't know why different company use different model #s since is the same phone, also with strapbootloader you could have more than one rom on your phone, right? i was hoping to install a tmobile rooted rom like insane kikkat as a secondary rom

Yes you need to install this firmware with odin. Companies do that to get money by making specific roms for specific carriers, the carriers get promoted and earn more money. Well i dont know much about strapbootloader but i have used multirom manager on my moto g to boot multiple roms and yes if strap bootloader allows to install custom roms than you can install Stock rom as primary and cm11 as secondary.

The method is the EXACT same as it was on KitKat for both Sprint AND T-Mobile (as well as the Verizon Dev Edition). About a million guides were posted before. A quick search will bring them up.

I'd be curious to know that too.
I just went through the whole process of going back to stock, then using the TMobile device unlock app to unlock. It was good practice for my novice skills, with nandroid and Titanium data backups and restores. I'm back to rooted, themed and now carrier unlocked.

It's for the Indian dualsim style
Posted it here for the dev's to take a look at it and create something for all pure and style owners to benefit.
If you do decide to flash it...I'm not responsible for the outcome.

Yep some skilled devs would need to make it work for 1575 it's possible of course.
Here is a mirror if someone does not like GDRIVE or if slow. Hopefully you don't mind OP

Sent from my XT1575 using XDA Free mobile app
Flashing it on a single-sim version won't brick it. There are several people doing it because they want to get dual-sim working. I am currently making a backup and trying to flash it on a german 1572.
Like I said. I'm not responsible.

Downloading and backing up current rom.
Edit:
Getting this error: error executing updater binary in zip
Will take a closer look at this.
Like i mentioned, this rom is for the Indian dualsim version and probably won't work on other style/pure phones
Sent from my XT1575 using XDA Free mobile app
And I repeat: It doesn't brick the device! It's the same like with the Moto X Play. You can also flash on a single sim device a dual sim rom.
Where did I mention anything about bricking?
Sent from my Nexus 6 using XDA Free mobile app
Sorry for the misunderstanding. Oky to explain what changes for a single sim Version: you get a menu for dual sim, but the options change nothing.
Hi @alex1301. I am from Australia. I have a single Sim XT1572. Can you point me in the direction of how to flash the new Indian OTA zip going around? Was there any complications doing it on your European XT1572?
Also do you know what is the safe way to make a backup of my stock 5.1.1 rom in case I brick it and need to try and flash a back? I am familiar with Nexus phones but unsure how this works with Motorolas. Thanks!
The problem at the moment is that it doesn't flash correctly because it only patches existing files. We need to wait for someone who makes a backup of an updated factory resetted marshmallow rom.

Hey guys sorry for you not getting an answer, there are options for root and recoveries, but you do need to convert the device to developer version first. The process isn't too hard and can be found here for marshmallow devices and here for lollipop devices. Hit the thanks button on those threads if those developers helped and if you need help with carrying out the unlock of the bootloader so you can root, then you can hit me up
