Hi guys I have a problem with my nexus. When I raise volume for example 1 to 5 the volume bar will raise only on 2 and it will stop moving but volume is rising. Its super anoying to me I cant see on how much the volume rised. But when the volume bar dissapear and I press volume down or up it moves again only for one place so it means when I have it already on volume 5 and I want volume 7 so when I add volume it moves on 6 and there it stops and I cant see how many levels of voluke I am rising. Can anyone help me ?

hello!
i have a question about how to control the volume of the sound..
when you press the buttons on the left side of the phone, the volume increase or decrease by 20%
so, it's a problem for me, cauz i use a headset with a remote on it: when i'm listening music, the sound is too loud for me! it hurts! so i press the button to decrease the volume but it goes off!
i mean, if i'm at 20% of volume, the sound is hurting my poor ears, but if i press the button to decrease the volume then there is no sound at all!
is there a way to change the volume by 10% or 5% only when we press the left side buttons? i know i can use the stylus to precisely tune the volume but when i'm listening music i don't want to get my phone out of my bag or anywhere to change the volume!
i didn't find anything in the registry.
thx sorry for my english, i hope it was understandable!
I am not sure if this will help, but I tried reducing the volume with touch and it reduced by one or two bars at a time, instead of reducing by three to four bars at a time.

well i really don't understand why there is no registry key or cfg file where we can tweak the HTC VOLUME app...
any idea?
Every time I touch the Volume Button on the side of the case (even accidentally) the ringer volume goes down incrementally. Can this button be locked or deactivated? Can the volume be locked in some other way? Does the vibration setting have anything to do with this issue?
Volume Control + will lock your volume for you.

Hey guys, just wanna ask. Have u ever tried increasing volume in Asphalt 6 at the main menu? this seem to increase the overall system's volume even after quitting the game! Instead of displaying " media volume " or " ringer volume ", the grey box only displays "volume" on top of the green volume slider. Hope u guys give this a try. This definitely increase the volume on my HTC sensation.
sorry, didnt work
it displays " volume " only in the game, acts normally after quitting
also, didnt help with the system volume
Hmm i guessed u already maxed out the volume in the first place. Try this. Go into asphalt 6 main menu again , decrease the volume to about half, then quit the game. U,ll then notice even though the "media volume"n the " ringer volume " is maxed out, the volume is still low. It seems that the "volume" slider in asphalt 6 is acting as the master volume controller.

This seems to be a common problem:

Basically, there's a 2 seconds lag between pressing the volume up/down button and actually change the volume level. It's so annoying!
Any news, mods or fix?
P.S.
Try to rename the thread as "Volume buttons delay"
T-Mobile debranded One Plus 7 Pro here, wandering if there is any mod, or root, to fix the delay for pressing volume, and how many ticks?
I hate pressing the volume for no instant response, pressing only pulls up the volume adjuster but doesn't move the volume without being held for a short delay. Also why so many ticks? So if anyone has a fix please help me out, as I'm sure others have the same issue and would like a fix as well ty.
