Hello Xdadevelopers,
Just had a question why there is not much development for S5+.
It have all similar specification to Andoird one devices except Camera, I am not techie but possibly Android One ROM can be used for S5+ development. Also Android one devices are going to get Lollypop upgrade, which can also be done for S5+.
Please, it is such a good device. May be best device by karbonn. I am even ready to pay for its development and sure other s5+ users will be willing to contribute as well.
I do not want to change device, just want to use latest update on it, I love S5+.
Please do the development for it.
Are you referring to things such as
Xperia Z Rom For Karbonn S5 Plus / S5+
or [Stock] [ROM] Karbonn Titanium S5 plus / S5+
Please understand continued Developer support for a device depends on a lot of factors including source availability. Please post in
Android Development and Hacking > Android General >
So that the right experts may be of help.

Hello Guys,
Just had a question why there is no development for Karbonn S5+ on xdaforum.
It is such a great device, lighweigh, quadcore , very slip and MT6582 processor used in Android One Platform.
Please make development for this device, I want to use Android Lollipop in it, I know its not out yet but soon will be and S5+ will be great device to use it as it is similar to Android one devices.
I am even ready to pay for it, and sure other S5+ owners will be.
Please do the development on it.
Thank you.

i am looking to root my samsung galaxy tab s inorder to upgrade to lolliepop is it available .If not do know about how long it usually takes before a new version is downloaded to most common android devices.
Hi,
ROMs for your device are found in the development and original development sections here in your device section...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s
You likely won't see a touchwiz 5.0 rom until Lollipop is officially released for your device though.
Any future questions about your device can be posted in the Q&A section, if searching doesn't find you answers. ?
Good luck!
Acer once again started business in India with no support.Acer liquid e700 a trisim phone its lacking in support no proper root method and recovery installation method is available yet and no information about lollipop update ,no custom ROM also available in XDA .so please help us on posting root method and developing custom rom for it.
Thanks in advance.
Sorry for my poor English
Hi,
Acer would never have anything to do with rooting devices... And usually it voids your warranty with any manufacturers device. So you know.
As far rooting, I found these similar threads,
General discussion > General > Is there a thread for the Acer E700 (3 SIM)
And this one has info on a few Acer devices... So only use files made for your specific model, not the other devices, or you could have serious issues...
Android Development and Hacking > Miscellaneous Android Development > [GUIDE] Firmwares, ROMs, CWM, Root - Acer Liquid MTK Smartphones
As far as roms go, read the second thread I linked. Also you could ask about roms in one of those threads.
Good luck!
I am wanting to port the latest cyanogenmod to my tablet the 'Amicroe tts' see picture for specs (the pictures what i could find in the book). What I am wanting to know before starting this project I am wanting to know if this is even possible and also if the latest cyanogenmod wont work what version would be best for my specs. Also there are no custom roms for this device that i know of so that is the main reason of wanting to do this.
I hope I'm in the right forum
Edit: I asked on another and they say that CM11 would be good because its stable, also i think this tablet has an 'Allwinner A13' if that helps at all
So now I just need help finding a decent guide for how to port CM11 to my tablet
come on theirs gotta be someone else who has ported CM11 to their allwinner tablet before

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist. There is no area specifically dedicated to Lowa OS but I see a few threads about that OS from a site search at http://forum.xda-developers.com/sitesearch.php?q=lowaos which might be worth reviewing. Since you don't specify which device using the snapdragon 615 you have in mind, I can't point you towards a device-specific forum, but merely suggest that you may also find it useful (and possibly educational) to browse our "XDA University" entries at http://xda-university.com which cover a variety of topics for both users and developers alike. Not all data there is always up-to-date but it covers a wealth of information in one convenient place. You may also want to ask your question (without the oversize font, please!) with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your OS and device might be able to advise you.
Good luck!
