Need a refresher, I'm lost.

edit: OK so I've went ahead and fixed this myself. Here's what I did if anyone else was having issues similar to mine.
So I upgraded my hboot and from there everything was smooth sailing.
Ok so I've a HTC One S I don't know what variant, but I have I believe I have the HTC One S (S4 variant)
I've listed some information below I hope this is enough for you to help me figure out my variant.
Here's get var I pulled up
Code:

Now I'd like to put a ROM on my phone, and as you can see the phone's bootloader is unlocked already.
This phone was having a bootloop issue and I just didn't bother fixing it until now, because I'm without a phone- and this is my only option.
Now what I need from someone, and I would really REALLY appreciate your help is what do I do now, from the information I've provided if you need more information I'll post is ASAP.
I'll figure out how to root my device and all that, but what I need is some help on figuring out what variant my HTC One S is.
Its very hard to figure out from all the threads which ROM is compatible with my phone, as I know there are different variants.
I'd appreciate if someone can provide me with a recommend ROM for my device and if I need to upgrade my HBOOT
I was reading the following thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-s/general/guide-how-to-install-hboot-2-16-time-t2898605 and as you can see from my picture my current HBOOT is 1.06.0000
Do I upgrade my HBOOT? I've been away from the HTC scene for a while, please any help that can point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciate!!!!

Hi,
Here's a thread with RUU's for your device, if you can't find yours there, you could ask about it there,

That's no good maybe @dottat sees something I'm missing, he's much better at this than I.
Looking like partition error on hboot but I know why.
Did anything cause this? Flashing something?

This is best to my memory as this phone has been INOP for a long time. but I do remember I was using GPE for a long time with no problems[ for battery reasons, due to the charging port was damaged and needed replaced.] Then I flashed the Sensce ROM after I repaired a charging port. after a few weeks it was stuck in bootloader mode. IDK if this helps, but it may. I just want to go back to my fav phone. I have and Iphone now and it is best sutided as a overpriced Ipod touch.
Thank You for your assistance @andybones , your help is greatly appreciated.

HTC ONE E8 bricked after some manipulation...Need help please please

have an E8 single sim (Model: m8Ss ). Please noticed that im a new comer in the HTC World
I made an update with the ruu.exe that i took on htc website (the sprint one), i dint checked what model i have, because off that, after the update my phone has had it mid replaced by the OPAJ50000 (i was OPAJ10000), changing at the same moment the cid, product name, imei, model, etc.
Then it was not a problem at this moment but when i found that the singnal was gone too, tried to change back (manually) the mid, imei, cid etc. "THIS WHERE I MESSED UP" ,because of that, the phone is no more booting when i try to boot it.
The good point is that the phone is still detected on my pc as My Htc
Ps: when i try some manipulation via fastboot on my pc now this is what i have now by oem command
- fastboot getvar all
