[Q] 5.1.1 modem

Currently on stock EE Rom but with AOE3 modem and bootloader flashed. Will the 5.1.1 modem work/flash ok on a 5.0.2 build and would I need to flash the bootloader at the same time? Would this then possibly stop me from flashing back to a stock 5.0.2 Rom? Thanks

I flashed only 5.1.1 modem (BL remain 5.0.2), working well, but you cannot downgrade to 5.0.2. Now I m using 5.0.2 with 5.1.1 modem!

i have flashed 5.1.1 G920IDVU2COF8 Indian firmware on my SM-G920I in Saudi Arabia but since then i am not receiving good mobile signals nad my calls quality is very bad and some times dropped
i need SM-G920I 5.1.1 Modem which can work in Saudi Arabia

Just bought one of these, it's the wifi version. BTU
Very surprised this is still running kit kat and I can't see many official lollipop roms available. Should there be any issues flashing the netherlands 5.02 update? Can we roll back?

BTU is product code of United Kingdom. You can flash Cellular South 5.02, OH2 ( XAR : product code of US ) .
Version 2 Released on August ( H), 2015 ( O ).
With the right firmware you can flash back and forth Kitkat or Lollipop without problem.

Need help regarding Firmware of Note Edge SM-N915P

i was trying to root and add trwp in my note edge but unfortunately both things didn't work and now i m stuck at sprint logo.
so i decide to get back to stock rom 6.0.1 (Software Version : N915PVPS4DPL1)
while searching on sam i found two Firmware with above mention software version
Country/Carrier
2016-12-25 Spint (cdma) 6.0.1 N915PVPS4DPL1 N915PSPT4DPL1
2016-12-25 Unknown 6.0.1 N915PVPS4DPL1 N915PSPT4DPL1
the difference is of country / carrier, which one should i chose ?
I recently purchased a note edge that It was unlocked. So after flash of stock rom will my note edge Asian Sim will be working ?

Need Nougat official indian firmware

Hi all i registered my s7 g930fd to galaxy beta program and now i am not able to deregistred it becoz of that i am not able get ota here in india i am running on official indian firmware 6.0.1 latest flash it from sam mobile but no ota for me so can anyone know from where i can download the complete nougat firmware indian one or anyone knows how to deregistred from beta program.

They do not have the Indian 7.0 firmware available for download yet on sammobile.com but it should be available soon to download. They only have the Thailand one available to download and flash for now.

How to did you register to galaxy beta program when it was not available to Indian consumers .....? You also said that you are on an Indian official 6.01 Marshmallow downloaded from sammobile. R u sure cause I have never seen an Indian firmware of marshmallow on sammobile.

Buddy flash the beta firmware of BTU region via odin for beta program n register u got the beta ota than for mm sammobile there are 3 firmwares there u must check there

Flashing official firmware wont void ur warrenty so good to go

updating sprint note5 N920P

hello guyz,
i have note 5 N920P its unlocked and i use it @ egypt but my current andriod version is 5.1.1
every time i check for system updates i get a msg saying system is up to date
when i check sammobile.com i found updates from sprint and unknown to andriod v 7
my question is if i updated my note 5 to those version i get my phone locked or its safe ?!
