I ve found the first custom rom here on this website, why isn't XDA updated with all softawres and root for all Mate 7 models ???
http://www.needrom.com/download/rom-mate-7-tl10-based-on-official-b120sp03-rooted-and-optimized/
Its only for the premium 3GB and chinese mate. Maybe its chinese only too. So i think thats why it is not posted.
On needrom are more roms for Mate 7.. For different devices...
... send from hell... hahahaaaa...
Yip and take a closer look. They are all official. The only custom rom is the chinese one.
But if you want, be the first to try if your mate is booting with
Und danach verkaufste mir deins
You're right
I dont test it

Lollipop?
Hey guys, I need a large phone/tablet to run my custom app for field collection of data and this Mate 7 is looking like it might be the best value for money phone going at the moment. The all day use (not standby) battery life and expandable memory are a must and it's $300AUD cheaper than the next one on my list, Note 4 (+ I hate touchwiz and knox).
Anyway, the only thing holding me back is the total lack of options to upgrade the ROM to vanilla-ish Lollipop. Do you think that the international version is likely to receive any attention from developers? I would hate to pay $650 for a phone that I have no way of updating.
Cheers!
You have probably already bought your phone. But being an owner of an Ascend P2, I would not recommend a Huawei device if you want to root and flash custom ROMs. They offer little support and custom ROM support is also limited. If you're looking for a good big phone for custom ROMs, I advise you wait for the new oppo R7 plus. It's 6" and flashing custom ROMs does not void warranty.

If i buy Galaxy SII chinese copy again whit android whit 1 sim , can i flash phone whit costume android rom ? or is it posible to root it ? Did anybody have expirence whit that?
It's all about software & all country have same software for same model. So u can do all this things.but don't sure about Chinese copy.
Sent fromXperia Arc S LT18i with Rooted/Unlocked Bootloader & custom xperia s os
With these Chinese copies, there's no guarantee that anything will work like the original, since they don't have the same chips inside. You may be able to root, you might even be able to flash a new ROM, but the chance of finding a custom recovery or ROM which is 100% compatible is low. For that reason, your best chance is to not flash anything, otherwise you might brick it.
i think

I have a Chinese galaxy note mt6575 replica so far it has been fantastic.
I have rooted it with bin4ry without any problems
I have flashed cwm custom recovery with help from the tutorials on xda and help from senior member yuweng
To flash a custom rom i would have to port it first to get it to work with my device more effort to do it but at least its possible.
can install rom on chinese phone

I'm not clear:
If you mean a genuine samsung phone: Yes, you can flash roms etc. But if possible double check the forums etc to make sure you can easily find all of the info and downloads you need based on the version numbers etc. If you can read chinese I think you will find tons of forums/support both on XDA.cn and local sites
If you mean a copy: Don't do it. 99% sure you will be disappointed very fast both by the quality / performance and by the lack of any community support.
Hello guys,
I have a question, I found on MIUI website a ROM for Honor 6 (TD Advanced Version).
What are the differences between Honor 6 (TDA) and L04...?
I found this ROM here: http://en.miui.com/download-250.html
And I would to know, can I flash it or would I get problems with this?
I hope you can answer that :good:
The Honor 6 has a few variations H60-L01, H60-L02, H60-L04, H60-L12 i believe
each have very small variations, such as dual sim or NFC capabilites.
I cant speak for you, but im running that rom on my H60-L02 and its very buggy, i have to keep it in airplane mode as it constantly pops up with errors about com.android.mobile.
Im having a major headache trying to put on any other rom or stock rom without getting bootloop too.
End of the day, dont think the MIUI rom port is ready just yet.

Hello,
I've buy an imported Huawei Mate 9, wich runs a Chinese ROM
I can switch to my native tongue (French), but some apps, especially Huawei apps, have chinese option. Furthermore the dialer with Yellow Page is kinda boring.
I've read some article saying that Google Apps may not work on Chine ROM
It's also seems that 4G is slower than with my Huawei Mate 8 in European or International ROM
Is there a way to switch to a European ROM? if it's possible how to do it?
Cordially
Right now, without unlocking the bootloader, it IS possible to install European build 115 (somewhat older build). But it has many, many bugs because the device doesn't match the firmware. I wouldn't recommend doing it.

Hello,
I am about to order Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro and I was wondering if any of you have bought the Chinese Version (I did read that there won't be a global version). I see orders from all over the world, but no mention about how the phone itself is translated into English.
Can someone who has bought this phone confirm if it is fully translated?? One thing I hate most when ordering phones from China is having Chinese symbols all over the place.
On a side note - are there any multi-language custom ROM's out yet and if not - do you guys think there will be??
Thanks in advance!
Cheers!
Hi, i have a Chinese version and can confirm that the phone is fully translated to English. I have not yet come across Chinese symbols (except in some Chinese apps). Also, here you can find custom multilang roms for our device.

Thank you very much! In general, are you happy with the device?
Yes, very happy. It is an excellent device that suits my needs perfectly. But i plan to install a custom rom once they become more stable.
Got the Chinese version and translation to English is perfect.
Eagerly awaiting the MIUI.eu ROM though, keen to give that a try once my bootloader is unlocked and they've released it.
So far loving the phone.

No custom rom is available till date for realme gt neo 2
Hope that development will start soon but I think we have no such ROM because no dev has the device... Other companies send free devices to developers...
I hope that too, this is such a nice device.
would be a shame if there isnt a huge dev community behind it.
Let's see...
Realme spits in people's faces by unlocking bootloader after 6-7 months of a device being launched and that too not in the US/EU.
Guys I accept the custom Roms with reserve. You do not know how smuggling bad code the guys inside the rom. You all use the phones for banking, photography and so on. Only the original rom is safe. Sorry for the fair coders.

You are joking, right ? The bad code comes from Google and the manufacturer. Big Brother is watching and deciding for you.
I am thinking about to buy this phone model. Why after months, there is not a single custom rom available for this model ?
Is there some reason for modders ignore this phone ?

was paid for a modder to develop mobile roms, so will have official costom roms soon. one of the reasons is that the stock system is very good.
There's already TWRP.
Greetings! Is there any hopes that we will get custom roms? Ideally Derpfest? The phone is almost a year, and Castomov is not there, unlike that 1+9r, it becomes sad because of this.

Yes more roms will come. If realme releases A12 kernel source then we can expect great rom support without bugs
