-- This rom have Base Rom from India and some people outside India may get FC while doing manual date settings and its known issue related to Indian MT6589 chipset phones used out of country. It is recognized by GravityBox and they have provided a fix for it. Please do this workaround to fix. Even if users do not do this workaround, the rom works perfect in Automatic mode.

Frequently Asked Questions
1) Why there is more battery drain in Final v1.0+ than v0.3F?
Answer: In v0.3f I removed stock launcher and provided only single Free Nova Launcher which was experimental step. The launcher performance was smooth and great due to Nova's commercial skills. Its very lightweight and less battery consumer. But in Final V1.0 , I completely removed NOVA and re-added Stock Launcher which takes more space in memory and also few more points of battery is consumed.
But now in 1.5 , both launchers are installed and I will suggest all to select NOVA LAUNCHER when asked for default launcher. However you still have choice to select all wallpapers from stock launcher.
2) I have TWRP 2.6.3.0 and getting "cannot create folder" error when I try to take backup?
Answer: Solution A) Visit this link for simple workaround for this 2.6.3.0 backup issue.
Solution B) If possible try to be on TWRP v2.5.0.0, it works flawlessly. You can install it with Mobile Uncle too. Just copy recovery.img on root of external sdcard and run "Mobile uncle tool" app and click update recovery and select this recoery.img file. No need for 2.6.3.0 when 2.5.0.0 is working flawlessly.
3) GPS is not fixing out of Bhaarat (India). Any solution?
Answer: GPS locks very fast in Bhaarat (India), tested ok. Its possible that for users out of Bhaarat, GPS may not lock. Try updating EPO Assistance as mentioned on this post. Carefully read all steps. May solve your problem like many others confirmed.
4) BootLogo Not Changing? After your rom, I flashed another rom, but the your bootlogo remained/not changed. Why it is still showing? How to restore back to Original Canvas HD bootlogo?
Answer: Generally every rom-makers should wipe previous Boot-Logo and install fresh logo for new rom, but if they dont do it, it is obvious bootlogo from previous rom will keep showing. There are many workaround for this.
---- Flash this DEFAULT LOGO patch.
---- If still previous logo is seen for 1 second while booting, then find and delete this file
/system/media/images/boot_logo
5) My GPS is not connecting in India/out of India. What to do?
Answer: GPS works perfect in Bhaarat (India) without any workaround, tested ok. But for some it may not work at first attempt. You may try updating EPO Assistance on following link. 6) Titanium Backup not recognizing External SDCard. How to fix/setup Memory Swapping and Mapping?
Answer: MemorySwap Fix: If you want SDCard memory mapping to be fixed or getting problems in restoring Titanium Backup data, then flash this patch. : Download and flash this Patch
After this patch your memory will be mapped freshly, so you may need to go to reset: Settings > Storage > SDCard option for all apps to work normally.
7) Should I flash any other kernel?
Answer: This rom is Optimized to extreme level to give you best performance. This smartly tweaked rom comes with Stock kernel which have confirmed advantage of No Bugs, Reliability, Good Battery Backup and Superb Power performance. It is advised that you try this rom with included stock kernel for few days and then if you are not satisfied, you are free to flash any kernel you want as per your choice. If you face any issues on other kernels, I cannot help you much and you should contact kernel developer for further help.
EDIT: Just to add, heavy games like Asphalt8 and NOVA3 runs like butter. And most of the gamers are getting more than 5 hours of game time in single charge which is unbelievable but true. I am not gamer, but other gamers have confirmed it.
8) When the battery is below 50/40%, then battery is jumps/drops down rapidly.
Answer: Generally after flashing any rom, the battery Synchronization may get disturbed due to some time spent in recovery mode or by due to some miscalculation of actual battery count and battery information saved in phone. Therefore I always add Battery Synchronization app in all my roms.
To Synchronize...... Charge phone upto 100% then do Battery Synchronization with app and then remove charger.
Do this again after 12/15 hours. Now your battery should be in proper sync. Generally a properly battery sync'ed phone should give you 2 and half days and it is confirmed by hundreds of users. That also means its only your problem.
If this still does not improve then most probably your battery health is deteriorated and it could be the time to buy new battery.

Hey.bro I have checked Rom is working great without bugs If you are using kitkat rom so please falsh stock rom and then flash this rom!!! Now you can use this rom by flashing over stock rom in a 2-3 days I will be give a update that resolves All issues like this I am not good developer. Just I have started porting roms and I dont know much like @digyvijaykumar123 or @[email protected] or great dev.

1. Download the ROM.
2. Put ROM ZIP in your SD Card.
3. Boot Into Recovery.(CWM or TWRP)
4. Clear Data/Cache.
5. Goto Advanced -> Clear Dalvik Cache.
6. Install ZIP from SD Card.

drive will get mounted then goto /storage/sdcard0/UsbOtgDrives to use USB drive.

Goto Settings->Developer Options->Change Window Animation Scale,Transition Animation Scale and Animator Duration scale to -> .5x for more smoothness
Entropy Increase:
Install Pimp My ROM
Slide to tools tab
scroll down and select Entropy Generator
Toggle Set on boot
scroll down to Random read wakeup threshold and tab detect Average value
scroll down to Random write wakeup Threshold and tap detect average value
and then at top, tap Apple new values
DONE!
Entropy Increase script added by default from version 13.06.07 onwards. :highfive:
To check if init.d is working or not:
(Added init.d support by Universal init.d adder by @Ryuinferno
from version 13.05.31 onwards.)

Swift-li is a blend of different libs of two ROMs , and has tweaks. Mine one is pure LeWa out of the box. If you guys want me to add any mods , I will be happy to do so.

I am not sure about USB otg in my LeWa since I don't own otg cable. You may flash and check and tell me here.
Second, mount points are fixed in the ROM and external and internal SD card Mount correctly.

Changelog has already been added.
Secondly, as i mentioned already, mount problem of External getting mounted as internal , and internal getting mounted as external has already been fixed by me in this and all comming releases.
and the default file manager of LeWa is not assumlingly dev. for showing OTG, so i suggest use ES , or some other file manager.

I assume they are result of a bad echo into build.prop. in next updates , i will clean codes for scripts and build.prop.

Swype is a paid app, I cannot give a "free" patch for it. Flash the update as well and report any bugs/errors/problems, if found.

So I really appreciate the developer...
But I wanna make everyone aware of the fact that the update provided is not going to patch a thing...
I will educate each and everyone here in this regard later on Monday as I spend these two days with tight schedules...
As who person who spent a lot of time for porting and analysing deeply, I am very sure about it...
But the rom provided is a port from g3, is an updated version, I strongly recommend all you guys to try it out, and and encourage the development...

I see after applying the patch , the files to be patched are modified , implying the flash works, which means files that are supposed to be updated by LeWa do get updated.

-- This rom have Base Rom from India and some people outside India may get FC while doing manual date settings and its known issue related to Indian MT6589 chipset phones used out of country. It is recognized by GravityBox and they have provided a fix for it. Please do this workaround to fix. Even if users do not do this workaround, the rom works perfect in Automatic mode.

A- Open Settings >>> About Phone >>> and keep tapping on Build Version. Rom starts telling you how many times you need to tap and when done, it will say "Now you are developer" lolz. Dont believe it literally, because it means Developer Option is unlocked and you actually don't become developer by tapping on it. If you check Settings now, you will see Developer Options.

mmx a117 is working like charm now.The rom is smooth as silk. :good:.battery backup is better now,no problem with sound on while playing on speaker.. but still scores less on antutu when compared with mmx stock rom.expecting good performance upgrades in future.thanks

If phone is running faster than all other roms, then obviously no need to give a damn to a hundred points plus or minus with other roms. This rom gives 13600+ on A116, hence it should give around 15500+- or more on A117, after fresh flashing.

Yes, the bug is simple to resolve. Its old version TTS. If you can use any Root Explorer, simply delete /system/app/GoogleTTS.apk and reboot the phone. And download Google Text to Speech from Google Play store, a new version will be installed and the error will not occur again. Will update in next version.

**Read These Notes Before Downloading the ROM!!**
** ROM first time Installation **
First you will need to download the modified recovery from Here (Don't flash it!!)
Make a Backup as usual to your phone stuff like apps, Whatsapp conversations ecc....
Backup your internal sd content, because all its content will be lost so make sure to backup everything like photos, videos ecc....(you can copy the full content on a pc or inside a new folder of your external sd)
Now Reboot inside CWM or TWRP recovery which not includes new partition assignments
Make a Nandroid backup of your entirely ROM and backup it on the external sd
Install the new TWRP recovery that includes new partition assignments
Make a Reboot Recovery (To reboot inside the new one)
Wipe Data as ext4 partition (Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Select Data -> Repair or Change File System -> Change File System -> EXT4 -> Swipe)
Make a Wipe for Dalvik Cache, Cache and System
Now you can Download the ROM from the Downloads section under this post
Once you downloaded plug the device on the computer , then mount USB Storage (Make sure that MTP is enabled)
If you finished copying your files than you're free to install the ROM now
** Upgrading through Releases**
First make sure if in the changelog isn't menioned to make a clean install because if it so then you gotta make a clean one
Download the ROM
Reboot Recovery and flash the ROM
At the end make wipe cache and dalvik and reboot
** General Notes **
If you're flashing Smart Connect and Lifelog from Reborn Addons don't try to update them through Google Play if it ask you because they will not work anymore because these two apps are ported for non Xperia apps
DON'T and don't try flash any type of music mod. If you want to flash an audio mod, let me know by PM or post it here on the thread.

**General Notes**
From the Release 1 i included the OTA feature which means Updates over the air but i will not put entirely ROM version because the size of it is quite much (400 mb) so i thought to bring little updates which i will call them Revisions so principally each revision will bring some bugfixes or anykind of improvement because upload the ROM again and again for little changes doesn't worth it.
So basically you don't have to do anything because it is already all prepared by me. I control everything from my computer so all you need to do is to download the Revision and flash it . A notification will be always prompted for new Revision and the file will be saved on sdcard0/Downloads
Some Xperia Apps are not included at the moment due to incopatibillity
F.A.Q
How to remove the nav bar at first boot?
You need to go to Settings from the notification drawer and then go to Resurrection tools and after interface. You will find there an option to disable it
How to remove the google search bar from the Xperia Launcher?
Just keep pressing it. It will be prompted if you want to disable it
You said that in this ROM there is the Xperia Keyboard, where is it?
You need to go to the language and input settings and change the AOSP keyboard with the Xperia One
Can i flash the K^ Kernel?
Yes you can, but i mention that as in the others builds my ROM is provided with the latest sources of K^ Kernel but the one included is the UV one so if you want the exUV one you can freely flash.
After flashing the ROM (Clean install) i can't find the Reborn theme and the Album app
Yes this happens because you made the wipe data after flashing the ROM (The Theme and the Album app are User app)
Will you still release Resurrection Remix updates?
Yes of course, i choosed the Resurrection as my ROM base just because it was my daily ROM and i know how the performance and battery is.
I've got grey background with black text colour with the Reborn Theme which is almost impossibile to be red it in some cases

I've tried the [ROM][ariesve][OFFICIAL[5.0]Resurrection Remix 5.3.4 on my SG S+ a few weeks ago and it worked well, but it was too lazy, so I switched back to 4.4.2.
Now I have installed your ROM and so far I am pretty impressed & I love it. You've managed to combine the beauty of the Xperia S+ reborn with the cutting edge of Lollipop on an epic phone like S+. Great job man.
I'll post again after a few days of testings
P.S. I am very curious how the phone app will behave when I'll receive/make calls, because the ariesve's ressurection remix had a big lag(bug).

Yeah well depends because i've noticed that after making two phone calls the dialler is very fast.
After two calls the third one took me like 3 seconds
Can I install it for my daily usage???
Because last time i installed 5.0.2 it was verryyy slow and still i m using it. I m also new a these things..

If you follow my mentioned CPU configuration you will not have terrible slowdowns

How about the dialer? Is it working smooth or took same 7 seconds to open?
I am more concern for dialer as this is basic & key to have a phone
I live to test this ROM but needed confirmation on dialer delay/performance.

The recovery link on 1st post point to CWM recovery and not TWRP. I hope you suggesting to use TWRP_2.8.1.0_GT-I9001_Repartitioned_20150117_Signed.zip.

Yes sorry my mistake.
I install the ROM and certainly better responsive than other LPs. Dialer (phone) still slow and I don''t see much improvement.
I see phone more responsive with default Governor/IO setting.
Can you please tell me what was the default kernel settings. I want to try default setting as well as your recommended setting for couple of days.
I must appreciate your efforts in making this smoother. The ROM is best LP we have in term of smoothness... and I am sure Nilac will come-up with more improvement.

Good to see you ED300 i am big fan of yours .I request you to build a kk kernel for A6000 as it got complete kernel source code from lenovo
Just installed it. Seems good. It was very fast after the first boot up, and then when i tried to install facebook the phone just started to slow down... i have found a bug when you try to set pattern for screen lock it does not display the dots or the trail of the pattern when trying to set it. That is the only one i have found so far.
edit: The apps seem to launch very fast, even faster than kitkat. I tried to play NFS Most Wanted, wich launches faster than the stock rom but it is unplayable, stutters every 2 sec...
And also the battery backup doesn't seem to be as good as stock.. We shall see.
On the bright side, it is very good rom stabe and fast for everything except playing high video demanding games..

edit 2: i found one more bug... when watching a video from any browser chrome or the included one the video is like in slow motion and after 5 sec it stops and the phone after some time will freeze..

1. Actually, yes. The pattern is just same colour as the background.
2. For the games, like i've said it happends with heavy games only. I don't mind it as i don't play alot.
3. For the video, if I'm watching YouTube from the browser it is just fine, but when on other sites like facebook, as i must from browser because of the fb app install problem, dailymotion or any other news site it stutters and the device starts to be unresponsive, and after a while it will freeze if i don't stop or shut down the app, and then i have to remove the battery to be able to use the phone again.

Small Review on the ROM
Probably one of the best ROM's ever. Would definitely recommend it over any Stock/Custom ROM for Lenovo A6000. The performance is really smooth, many many times better than any Stock/Custom ROM.
Comparing to Mokee Custom ROM:
CM 12.1 ROM DOES NOT show many lags and does not have the black screen bug (Mokee ROM many a times shows a black screen when the RAM usage is full and hangs after that).
Mokee ROM gets totally unusable at times when it hangs, and the only way to get back is to reboot the phone.
Mokee ROM gets stuck usually and faces lag many times. Experienced very less such sort of behavior with CM 12.1 ROM.
CM 12.1 ROM has good battery backup when compared to Mokee ROM.
Mokee ROM faced usual restart of apps while using them. Didn't face any issue as such with CM 12.1.
Known Bugs in CM 12.1
Pattern Lock doesn't display the dots in Settings:
The pattern lock does not display the dots while setting from Settings > Lock Screen. The dots actually exist there but it does not display them due to some theme problem. I changed the theme to Infamous CM12 Free and it displays the dots in settings. The pattern lock shows the dots in the lock screen. See the screenshots attached below for better understanding.
In the first screenshot, you can see that the dots display in my lock screen.
In the second screenshot, the dots do not display while setting the pattern lock but actually exist.
In the third screenshot, you can see that the dots exist as I drew a wrong pattern and it shows the "trail error" message.
In the fourth screenshot, i have changed the theme to Infamous CM12 Free and it displays the dots.
Online Video Streaming Bug (Seen in previous replies):
I saw the previous replies on the post, in which people are saying that the video gets stuck after 5 seconds in online streaming. I did not encounter any such problem while streaming video from YouTube. Cannot say if this bug really exists or not. If anyone encounters such a bug please do let me know.
Calls UI takes a lot of time to load first time:
When a call comes for the first time after the phone is started or restarted, the Calls UI takes a lot of time to load, something like 5-7 seconds. The Heads-Up Calls UI also takes a lot of time load, and the phone becomes unresponsive at this time. After one call, this problem gets solved and the call loads instantly.
Headset Icon not showing:
The headset icon does not show when the headphone is connected. I don't know whether this problem is only with my phone or with all the other phones. Somebody please confirm this and let me know.
Conclusion
Will definitely recommend this ROM as it is very stable and has little bugs. I don't know about the gaming performance and all as I'm not much into mobile gaming. If you are a normal user who uses his phone for browsing the web, chatting, making calls, etc., then this is the best ROM that I would recommend over any Stock/ Custom ROM for Lenovo A6000.

I turned that on. Works okay. I want to report 1 more thing. It's about the camera and the photos. When launched the stock camera app , it always launches in the video recording mode. The other thing is about the noise in the photos taken. No matter what camera app i use there is noise like very much noise. Compared to the stock rom the picture quality is poor.
My only bug for your ROM is that on the single sim Lenovo A6000 once you restart the phone after flashing the ROM, it shows that it doesn't detect the SIM card, can't use 2G/3G/4G but can make calls
EDIT: For those who have issues with 3G/4G not working, yet able to make calls. Do a couple of factory resets through recovery. This worked for me. I don't know if it will work for you

Running Full Edition of the NexROM and latest update on my Virgin Mobile variant of the xt1526. Flashed SuperSU v2.76 for root and the LTE fix. I am using Squid2's latest r17 kernel. After 3 hours my experience has been the smoothest and most responsive ROM I've ever flashed. ( And I have flashed every known stock and custom ROM available for the xt1526.) Sorry, this was specifically made for Lollipop users. Also, it's just my opinion but Marshmallow and it's SDcard configuration options is a no no for this phone, plus 6.0.1 is overrated.

It's not overrated, you just need to know how to do certain things when it comes to 6.0.1, 6.0.1 improves on a lot of things whether you know it or not and I say this from a developer's point of view

Also Marshmallow's sd card configuration does work on this device as long as you don't try to use a card that's beyond 16gb, I have a 128gb microsd card in mine and I can't use it for adoptive storage so I just use it for portable for movies, music, and music videos

Installed fine on 2 XT1626 Moto E's. I need more info to trouble shoot your issue.
On another note, I completely forgot to add in a UI lag fix. Everyone flashing release 2226602 install this zip afterwards to fix lags.
Midnight, try flashing this zip to see if it helps, I doubt it will because your issue doesn't seem relevant but who knows.

Did you do a complete wipe: dalvik,system,data,cache?
I found myself on that screen when flashing over a previous build.
OK I fixed the problem XD. I was installing gapps that was making the l setup wizard stop. 2 more things
1. Can we edit the status bar
2. What kernels go best with this rom
Love the rom speed is amazing but reboots when it gets too hot. Also slow charging.

Glad to hear you got it working I'll have an update up in a few hours that will stabilize things. I'll lower the threading count to 2. It will help lower any heat issues, as well as an Adreno update, newer LMY48+ Nexus version. The update will be flashable without the need to wipe.
Me personally, I haven't experienced any reboots in regards to overheating I stress test my Roms before I release them. Maybe it's another issue, can you share a logcat of the next reboot?
The only custom kernel that works with this ROM, I believe is Squids 11e and lower versions. Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=15457
As far as the status bar etc... This ROM is fully customizable. There are many options available, Xposed and modules, market apps etc... If you need Init.d support, use Squids Kernel and then enable Init.d through scripts. There's a few options available on XDA to get it working.
I haven't included the above extras in this ROM because it's meant to appeal to modest users and power users.
It's like cooking a meal without salt because it can be added later.

If you're using release 2226602 and up just flash and wipe dalvik and cache. Lower versions need a full wipe.
FYI to everyone, NEXiiNIZED 2226603 has been released, check OP for details and download link. A separate Boot Logo Splash screen has been made available (OPTIONAL).

That's a launcher feature, try Nova Launcher premium, etc...
I'm not sure if there's a Xposed Module you can use that would enable "badged icons" like the Galaxy and IOS phones but there might be. Trying searching their repository.
