[Completed] [Q] <waitng for device> in flashboot cmd. Pls help. - XDA Assist

I have read a lot about sloving the problem of the messeage <waiting for device> in the fast boot cmd, most of those ppl with the problem had it solved simplying by instralling the right driver, i know i have instralled my drivers right since i just unlocked my SONY XPERIA M bootloader (although i had to flash my phone since it was in boot loop after the process), now as i try to check if the flashboot is righty done by the cmd 'fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version' it says <waiting for device>. All i wanna do is get CyanogenMod in my phone.

Hi,
I suggest asking for help here, in your device section...
> Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go > Xperia P, U, Sola, Go Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > [FAQs][Q/A][Xperia P,U,Sola & Go]Help Thread, Newbies post here first
Also, you may want to include some more details. What happened before Bootloop... Exactly what you did to fix that... And what happens trying to get into recovery. You'll find quicker help with more details. ?
Good luck!

[Completed] Installing any custom ROM on Sony Xperia M dual C2004

Hello everyone,
I want to install CM11 on my XMD C2004 but I don't know how to do that. I have full root using Towelroot. Can anyone please tell me how to do the same? I have my bootloader locked. Please lemme know the step by step procedure. I'm badly in need of it. I haven't installed any recovery or anything like that.

If that thread doesn't help, you can ask in your devices Q&A section,

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Yikes. Is it even turning on? As in, if you connect it to a PC, does the PC recognize it? If so, you may get rescued with cascading boot (thankfully you have an SD card slot). But then again, since I don't know your device, there may be a better option...

Please note how you got to the current situation (looks like the bootloader was overwritten), and your exact model number (yours is a C1904 or C1905, but I cannot tell which based on the post).
Hope this helps, and good luck!
