I installed cyanogenmod rom on my htc desire hd . I want to change my rom again but whenever i flash a new rom and reboot my phone the screen goes black and nothing appears so i have to flash the cyanogenmod rom again and it work fine.
I dont know why i am unable to flash another rom. Please help me.

I have a rooted Desire HD with android revolution HD, S-off & 4ext recovery but would really like to have Kitkat
I have never flashed a phone before but I've had a good read how to do it but wondering whats the best download link for kitkat & do I need to download gapps ?

This seems a bit much for me is there anyone online who can help me with a step by step on how to install a good smooth kitkat rom? Im willing to donate some £

I suggest browsing through other threads that are related to your goals on your device section. This hobby takes time and lots of reading. Instructions for most things are already included in the threads. And they are step by step.
If you're too unsure to do something, you probably aren't ready to do it. ?

I tried to install custom rom on my HTC One S. I did everything as was said and they said i have to delete everything(factory reset,dalivik cache,cache) and i delete my system too.when i tried to flash custom rom but it said failed.The biggest problem is that HTC One S don't have sd card so I can't put other stocks or custom roms.I am s-on and i don't how to make it s-off if i don't have OS.Please help me ;(
