I always want to have a full eclipse bundle of Android SDK, but I everytime I click the button to process the download. Nothing starts to download. Can anyone please post the SDK here?

ok i am having a heck of a hard time finding any kind of root info for this tablet, i've followed similar guides and have come up with nothing, i am also running win 7 x64, i've seen things say install the abd driver in order to connect to the different rooting software but nothing ever seems to happen, so i am at a loss as to what to do, so if someone could point me in the right direction or advise me, that would be great.

I bought this tablet from bestbuy and it became bricked. I accidentally downloaded an application that bricked my device. Does anyone know where I can download the stock rom or anything like that so I can load it up on my device?
Maybe even a website because I looked all around the internet for some sort of website with possibly a stock rom or something with no prevail. ANY HELP IS APPRICIATED!!!!!

I'll get you straight to the point, How can I re-install my Phones Operating System? My backup files of the rom and its OS were all corrupted and I can't use odin because my phone is not supported because it is just a local brand called "Cherry Mobile" and its model is "Flare 3", Please help me because my phone is not covered by its warranty, Please Anyone? i am trying to play an android game on bluestacks which is lagging a lot right now. i have come across this thread

and it says with motodev tools and eclipse i might actually be able to play it at last in full speed
but i cant seem to find those tools anywhere and i have read that hey have been out of develepment or something.
