Guys i just rooted my galaxy tab 2 7.0. How i can move apps to my ext card 32gb??? I tried aps2sd link2sd noone worked . Please!!!!!!!!

I own a Samsung Galaxy S Duos 7562, My phone's internal memory is less and I need to move some applications to external memory, please help in this problem . I worked Root of the device and I have become super user, but I can not transfer applications.

ver 4.1.2 but still not able to tr. apk to
ex. sd card..says no primery partition..

Hi. I want to root my android 4.1.2 installed in Samsung GT-S5282. I can't use facebook as it requires more RAM & my phone have 1GB RAM & it is almost full. I can't unistall the apps that I have. So I want to root my device so that apps can be installed in my memory cards so that I can run my apps fastly! Help me..
