Hi,
Once again i am really thankful to all your efforts in getting Cyanogenmod for Xperia Arc.
I recently upgraded to CM7.1.0 B12. But i am still not able to access all applications in the android market namely, facebook, Go launcher ex, power strip etc...
Can you please address these issues at the earliest...
I don't have access to post comments in Development thread directly, as i am new to this forum. That's the reason i am posting here. Expecting reply from atleast one of you.

Market applications issue
When i tried to download missing application from 'Android Market - WebSite' the model number drop down shows the phone model as 'Sony Ericsson Sony Ericsson xperia Arc'... And then it says this device is not supported for the application...
Also the model number in the mobile shows 'Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc' instead of just 'Xperia Arc' (which was there in the stock rom)... as shown in the attachment...
Please appologize if i am wrong...
I'm not sure. But did you install the Google Apps package in AOR/OR?

But i heard that this is the issue with the CM 7.1.0 rom for xperia arc.
I hope that this will be fixed at the earliest.

Asus launcher has a newer version on apk mirror. Can you please port that? Or can a user of this port just install the updated version?

Could you port the Message app from the Zenfone to 4.4.2? I'm already using Launcher, Browser, Gallery and Calendar
Weather does not work on Acer Liquid z500. I get a force close, the same with the Kit Kat port of the camera app.
Thanks for this anyway! I almost bought the Zenfone 5 but the store I bought my phone from didn't have on stock :/

All apps are working but Asus Browser and FileManager..
By the way, you forgot the Asus Mail which is a great app too
I'd like you to port some Huawei P6 App, I have them if you want to try just let me know your mail to send them.
Port Request Forum. It would be great, just move all ported topics to that forum to allow people to find the all ported apps and developers help with the requests.

Just found this ASUS Weather for lollipop.
Work in 5.0, 5.1 and the widget works in every launcher.

File Manger and Browser is for only 4.4+
Hello there!
As I saw lot of people had trouble to find the FTF for their devices, I decided to make an interactive video to recompile them in one single place. There are links for Jelly Bean 4.3, Kitkat 4.4.4 (Always with the latest available version, and when there's a new update I'll update the links there too), and finally, I included a zone for Lollipop 5.1, and now it is available for all devices! Go check it out.

Bad @linuxct for a second I tought that 5.1 was already out ( I first watched the video)
Interesting concept and I like it, but I doubt that someone would watch a video instead of written text. Also it would be hard for you to edit the video every single time when firmware is released.

No in fact, as the video notes redirects to some html files in my hosting, which i can modify easily, no problem with that
And one of the reasons I made the video was my youtube subscribers... They don't like written tutorials, so I decided to make the video for that reason.
And also posting here, in case anyone finds it useful

can I now install your z5 style rom? I alreddy have the bootloader unlocked and TRWP installed?
should i need to upgrade the bootloader?
flashed 4.4.4 for D2302 and endup with bootloop.

Which version of Flashtool you used?
Try flashing with older Flashtool.

If you've flashed 4.4.4 from 5.1 you'll need to totally wipe the phone I.e. User data and cache same if going from 5.1 to 4.4.4

Well I been Using my M2 With Android 5.1.1 the last couple of days And i have decided to go back to KitKat.... Lollipop doesnt convinced me at all, on the good things i have To say about Lollipop are just the lockscreen, notifications,that the phone heat up less when playing demanding games which is really good, and that it has a better handling of Memory RAM of the device...
the downsides are that the Camera still takes blurry pictures...Less device memory, Sony Lollipop UI doesn't convinced me at all, Speaker Volume is too Low and when I say LOW i really mean it, vibration is too high and there's no way to change it, and my light bar doesn't work....
As you can see putting all those things in balance I think I prefer to go back to KitKat than to stay with lollipop... actually I was about to do it but I Found that flashtools doesn't show the kitKat ftf I downloaded from xperifirm.. I already moved it to the Flashtools Firmware folder and it doesn't show up when i press the Flash button on Flashtools, I Think it has something to do with that the KitKat ftf I downloaded from Xperifirm came as a Folder With a lot of Files inside the folder, whereas the ftf I used to flash to Lollipop came just as a single file,
so can sameone explain me how to fix this? what I have to do in order to flashtools shows the KitKat Ftf so i can flash it... thanks
Hi there, I have a weird issue here after updating Z3 from 5.0.2 to 5.1.1 prerooted.
So - I had 5.0.2 and I installed a mod there (I think it might be important, but who knows...) - the Dialer&Contact Mod (from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/mod-dialer-mods-1-0-t3115001). Then I flashed new 5.1.1 prerooted and I didn't flashed new version of this mod (just wanted to go without it for now). Everything works fine, despite of individual contact ringer music, from mp3 files. It worked before, on 5.0.2, and now it doesn't. Why? Should I use an uninstaller for this mode first (flashing 5.1.1 over didn't wipe it away?)? Or is there any other solution? Please, help me.
You can edit your contacts and assign them an mp3 if that's what you ask.
Yeah, I forgott to write that I am doing this. And the mp3s are assigned to contacts, but I still hear a default ringer.

so today i installed CM 13 beta for my Sony Xperia T (LT30p)
And i really like the rom but i kinda missed the stock apps like, Music, Album, Video and What's new.
So i went to the Google play store and i know you can download Music from the play store.
So i tried that but it said 'Your device isn't compatible with this version'.
I also tried to download it from the web as an apk but then it said 'this app is not installed'.
and now i'm wondering is there a way to download these Stock Sony apps on my Xperia T?
