Hello, and welcome to XDA Assist! To flash a rom, here is a guide for you: http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index.php?title=Flashing_Guide_-_Android#ROM_Flashing. I don't know if the new PCB will come with the ROM preinstalled, but I guess you could try and ask here: XOLO A500S Discussion. You will need to register to post.
