Hi Guys, please help on upgrading the Samsung galaxy tab2 P3100 OS to 4.4 from 4.1 as I am completly new to android family and I don't know to upgrade OS unofficially as officially samsung has not released 4.4 for Tab2.

No it's not possible to just flash the Galaxy Grand 2's stock ROM onto the Original Galaxy Grand. It also doesn't seem like there is an official 4.4 Kitkat released for the Galaxy Grand, however here on XDA there is a lot of custom ROMs based on 4.4 Kitkat that seem to pretty stable.

NO YOU CAN't flash any ROM from other device even is almost the same nema/herdware/configurations.
