Hi, I do want to have a SlimKat rom for villec2. But depends on how much work is needed I could have also CM11 (or CM10.2).

cm 11 should still be avaible..
right now im very busy, have really much exams right now and in 3 month a-levels
after that i can to a new build again but i think that in slimkat would be the same bugs that are in cm 11 too..

OT: There are too many bugs in aosp sources of 5.0 only. I have omni sources, i will try it once it is nearly stable.

Hello! I want to ask: why quolity of camera is so bad... On android version 2.3.4 was good, but on 4.4.4 very bad.... May be it can be fixed?

Quality is just fine. It cannot be improved further. You might wanna try other camera apps if quality of stock camera is not sufficient.

It's not up yet, we are waiting for it to be merged tomorrow, we currently have the Skrilax build to try.
Just arrives my new xt 1225 with kitkat.
Except to unlock the boot loader needed also to be rooted to install the cm12?
I am confused because read that can root it only with kitkat.

Works on brasil lollipop too, are you unlocked bootloader?

have tried before unlocking and don't work either.
in cyanogen recovery say it a foot error.
in twrp just say there is a error and don't flash.
via adb is the same.

i flashed on top of skrillax build and it couldnt boot.
With LP, it takes a little longer to boot. Can you share logcat? There should not be a reason why it would not boot when flashed over my pre-release build.
EDIT: Well I've tested with a clean install, decided to use these gapps (http://d-h.st/RLt9 ) and it booted fine.

Hey guys. Really loved your ROM. But, need some help. Most of my contacts are in Russian language. So when I want to call to someone. In callapp is no Russian Letters on NumberPad.
Can I just Flash some update or something? In original Oxygen it's OK and i see 2 row of letters ENG and RUS.
Can you please explain me to how can i fix it ?

I do not do anything just trying roms for other devices to flash on villeC2 with boot for our phone,it can brick device i know but.....
if some one make for c2 would be very nice (sry bad english)

Check this thread is a lollipop rom for htc evo a phone whit a very similar hardware and the same problem on 3.4 kernel AOSP roms of villeC2 a reboot after unlocking screen, they solved by using 3.0 kernel

worked on c2?
The One S c2 and Sensation don't have the exact same CPU.
The Sensation has a MSM8260 (S3) and the the villec2 has a MSM8660 (S3) but the only difference is that the villec2 S3 has CDMA2000.
Currently I am working on a kitkat rom using @bilal_liberty 's villec2 device tree.
After that I'll make a cm12 rom. It might take awhile.

I'm currently running Pacman 4.4.4 on my A701 and I thought of trying to revert to CM 10.0 to see if the performance is better on the versions before 4.2.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to download this version since CM 10.1 is the earliest possible download on the CM download site and Goo.im is down for some time now, too.
Since you were the maintainer of the device, I have the hope that you might have this version still stored somewhere and that you could upload the latest Cm 10.0 stable release omewhere so that I (and maybe some others) can download it.
Also a big thanks for your courage to keep the device until CM11 updated.

Unfortunately, I don't store any version on my computer. If you really want it, the only way would be to download the source and build it yourself. (Or search for the file elsewhere on the Internet in case someone else has mirrored it.)
Okay, thanks anyways.
Since I never built a ROM by myself that would probably end pretty bad.
Maybe I'll go back to stock or stick with KK. But I already have seen an unofficial CM12.1 build. Maybe this will get a bigger project.
