I've unsuccessfully tried very hard to get the recovery on my phone, a samsung s2 plus.
I have a Mac so I downloaded Heimdall, and I finally found a guide to do it but I'm still missing something.
It says I need to download the Pit file and the CF-Root of chainfire for my kernel version, and I have no clue what these are.
They also say I can find them here on xda but I didn't find them.
I resume:
- I have a mac
- I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 plus, GT-I9105P
Anybody can help me?

ho provato a caricare la recovery sul mio cellulare ma non ci sono riuscito. Il mio cell è un samsung s2plus e ho un mac, quindi ho installato heimdall.. poi finalmente ho trovato una guida sensata, però ho ancora problemi.. mi dice di scaricare "il file Pit e il CF-Root di chainfire disponibile su XDA e relativo alla vostra versione del kernel" testuali parole.
Io qui non l'ho trovato, qualcuno sa aiutarmi?

Ciao a tutti ho appena acquistato un T-mobile TC500(S200)con WM5.Il problema è che il software è in tedesco.Io vorrei rimappare la ROM per metterla in italiano o inglese(premetto che la mia è abbastanza nuova,2.58.20.21 dell 20/11/06 non so se è compatibile con quelle più vecchie che ho trovato su questo sito)ma siceramente non ho capito molto,dove devo mettere l'exeguibile?dentro una scheda di memoria e poi aprirlo dal palmare?oppure posso fare con activesync tenendo il palmare collegato al pc?Per fare l'aggiornamento il palmare deve essere acceso?Oppure nella fase di boot screen?In più ho letto che esistono due versioni,una con G4 e l'altra con G3 cosa indicano?Se qualcuno mi potesse aiutare mi toglierebbe un enorme peso.

Dear guys I just buyed a t-MOBILE tc500 directly from Germanyit's with WM5.But I have a problem,the software languages is deutch only.So I would to install a new ROM version in italian or English(the birday of ROM is 11/20/06 and it's 2.58.20.21 number,so it's recently,I think.So I don't know if it's compatible with older software version that I found on xda davelop.).I don't understand how I could install new version of it.Have i put the .exe file in to a sd card?Have i launch the .exe directly from PC?Have I launch the .exe from PDA(while is on load?or when is it on boot screen?Or still when is it switch off?)And last one question.Some one wrote that there are two version of this PDA version G4 and version G3,what does it mean?

Premetto di non essere un esperto, dopo aver flashato una ROM non ufficiale cm 12 con android 5.1.1 su sgs3 tutto bene poi mi sono accorto di non avere più i privilegi root . ho provato in tutti i modi ma non riesco a rimetterli. Salve a tutti, ultimamente ho installato liquidsmooth 3.0 sul mio s3 ma visto che drenava tanta batteria ho flashato un kernel ( km747 o kt747, al momento non ho la schedina SD su cui l'avevo salvato) ma ora l's3 non legge più la mia schedina SIM. Ho provato a cambiare rom, kernel ma il problema persiste... Soluzioni?
P.S. perfavore non chiedetemi di flashare un backup nandroid perché sfortuna vuole che il file sia corrotto.
