ok have got my self in a corner.
I have a htc one s on ICS. Has play store version 4.3.10. google services link does not work an and it will not upgrade.
I managed to uninstall updated as the play store was not working. The current version I installed manually.
certain apps the use google play services do not work. and I can not get to the store..
any help would be nice as it is my first post.

Did you just do any modding? New ROM, etc?
Or make any other changes, or did Google Play just randomly stop after working?
If you're phone is rooted have you tried re-installing GAPPs?
Can someone provide fix for Google Search app,before this update was working just fine,now really doesn't work,my country is not supported for Google Now,but when i was on kitkat it was working with disabled play services and sign out of google account,and sign in and enable services,after my phone updated on 5.0 and 5.0.1 was working again,but yesterday my google app updated from play store and it said that this account is not eligible to use google now,and it is not showing my cards at all or opening at all please helps xda people
Hi, I get conflicting results when I search the answers so inam starting a new thread. My mate 20 pro was stolen 2 days ago and I am now looking to buy a new phone. I rely on google services a lot and the mate 30 pro is a great phone, if i can get google services on it. It seems some site that allowed to sideload gapps was shut down. So I want to know if the google apps can still be sideloaded onto the phone.
Also, I plan to use the phone in USA, which version should I get? Thank you in advance.

Installed yesterday google play store on my Mate 30 pro...yes you can still add google services. It has even updated play store to the latest version like the Mate 20 pro so both having the same version of play store.

17.9.17-all, dunno if that's the latest but both devices are on the same version.

I just looked in the about from play store under the play store settings..
My xiaomi CC9 pro is a chinese version. I am a international student in china. After new update i can't use playstore and anything. Can anyone help?

Yes I have same situation here in Brazil. After update there is no longer google playstore available, location is totally bug and even downloading from other source the app does not run. I will check on Mi Community as well and let you know if I figure out anything over there.
As far as I know, in fact, your Google Play Store app has just been hiden. Download the latest Play Store apk, v23.2.11-21 or V21.2.12-21, and then install it on your device. You will find the Play Store icon appears on the home screen now.
You can get that apk from the well-known apkmirror or apkpure website.

Thank you for your prompt reply and information. However both versions and also the latest offered by the websites did not work. I really do not know what to do
After some research, I found the Google Play Store app had been renamed 'Google Play Services Updater' in 'Settings - Apps list'. In addition, the launch icon disappeared from home screens.
But it will recover when you install the later edition of Google Play Store.
If you need, I will send you the cloud storage link to the Google Play Store apk, v23.2.11-21 or V21.2.12-21. I think it will work.

Hi, guys my xiaomi mix2s and mi11 China rom can install google play store directly from Apkpure/Apkmirror and it works fine, but the problem is I can't update the google play store itself. hopefully someone here can help me out. thank you guys so much.
