maybe you did a mistake to port the rom or the rom is incompatible for your phone, first restore your regular stock or custom rom then start from first

You should logcat to why boot fails.
(When device is failing boot, keep that status and connect to adb)
Command : adb logcat *:E > error.log

The Title Should Be Soft Bricked but looks like you've ported the wrong one...
Tell us about your device please...

Hi people, I've been searching in the forum but I couldn't find a solution for my problem. The fact is that I was trying to flash a new recovery because I wanted to try TWRP, so I did that thing with the All in One tool. The problem comes when I try to go into recovery. The phone shows me the recovery logo and then it turns down. From that moment my phone can't boot as normally and it stays stucked in the HTC logo, sometimes it boots normally, but after ten seconds it reboots itself. What could I do? I've tried to flash different recoveries and versions and no one is working. Please, help me 'caus I'm ****ed up!! T-T

Did you flash a custom rom? if so fastboot the boot.img using http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1604677. If you didn't I would relock the bootloader and run a ruu.

Hey, so I have a problem with my pico. For some months I didn't use it much. I had install cm11 which was experiencing some bugs. Anyways yesterday I tried to flash the miuiv5 ROM however the device didn't boot up. It got stuck in the bootscreen. I found out that I hadn't made an SD-EXT Partition needed for miui. So, I made it and tried to flash miui again. But now the phone doesn't even get to the bootscreen. When I boot my phone the HTC screen comes followed by a black screen. After a few seconds the black screen is gone and again the HTC screen comes booting up the recovery
I tried to flash other ROMS with no success at all. I have TWRP v2.2.2.1 and tried installing CM,AOKP as well as PAC ROMS with no success. Any solutions???

LOL brother in which year you live
It's simple brother all you need is to upgrade your TWRP recovery
TWRP 2.8 (it may not flash all ROMS but test it if it works let me know): http://www.mediafire.com/download/3q7jz01f2ynqrlc/twrp_11_sep_2014.img
TWRP 2.7 (tested by me though i'm currently using it):
Recovery is attached below

Flashing Method (If you forgot how to flash it. Well then here it is )
1) Download the recovery.img..
2) Place the recovery.img someplace safe (for eg, C:/TWRP)..
3) Open the command prompt, and navigate to the folder in which you extracted the files..
4) Boot your phone into Fastboot mode, and connect it to the computer.. It should show "Fastboot USB"
5) In the command prompt, type :
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img && pause
If I helped ya! Press thanks
So when i try to boot my opo to fastboot or recovery the screen just goes blank and does nothing. I can't flash anything because it boots and says android is upgrading , then it reboots and starts over again.

Well i was flashing paranormal android custom rom with twrp. The installation went fine and smooth but now when it boots it says android is upgrading app 1/176 . When it's done it displays my wallpaper for a split second and the reboots. I could easily fix this problem if i had access to fastboot, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK!
I'm trying to load TWRP or any custom recovery on my above mentioned tablet but i'm just not able to load it. nor even boots normally. Only ODIN mode.
when i try recovery boot, a screen saying 'TEAMWIN' will appear shortly but soon closes and 'Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1' bootscreen comes up. I can only access ODIN(Download) mode and even tried to flash different custom recovery files and it says Passed but still again getting the same TeamWin screen loading in recovery mode and crashes in the middle and then bootloop happens.
Not sure whats the problem.
PLS Help !

I was having issues at first.
Maybe give this a try and see if it works for you.
I had to install CWM via odin, and wait a good while for the "pass."
Then I had to make sure not to let it reboot on its own.
I powered off manually, and then booted into recovery like this:
1. Volume down and power on at the same time.
2. Immediate release power when you see anything pop up, but continue holding volume down.
3. Release vol down when you see the teamwin logo.
That got me passed the part where it would automatically bypass TWRP.
I then used the toolbox to do the rest including the "fix."
I had to manually boot into TWRP at first, even with the toolbox, but that was the issue I had, and how I got around it.
Philz Recovery works.

Probably, but that doesn't mean the issue was ever solved.
I'm having the EXACT same issue as OP... All of a sudden I got bootloop when starting the tablet normally, going to recovery only shows TeamWin logo briefly and tablet reboots, and download mode works (Odin detects the tablet) but it always says "DOWNLOADING... Do not turn off target.".
Already tried installing stock rom, Philz recovery, CWM Recovery, EFS Repair... Nothing worked.

If the TWRP screen is still there after you've flashed for example the stock ROM, than it's clear that your eMMC is locked.
In this case it need's to get replaced, I'm doing this weekly, so this problem is to solve.
I'm using Lenovo K6 Power... And wished to use custom ROM. So did all the procedures(ADB, TWRP, SuperSu, ETC). Now, at the time of installing custom ROM you have to wipe all data including your phone's UI (ROM) so I did that. Now I tried to Install that custom ROM several time but it didn't install, I don't know why. So I clicked on reboot button... And then boom... My phone is stuck at Lenovo logo. I know I made this mistake. I didn't understand that, How can a phone reboot if it's original OS is deleted.
It can't even enter in TWRP recovery mode. Fastboot can be seen sometimes.
So please me with this, I'm completely new in this. Read so many forums and watched so many videos on YouTube for this. But they didn't help me. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.
Highlights-
1. Stuck at Booting Animation.
2. Can't enter into TWRP recovery mode any how.
3. Fastboot Appears on top sometimes.

If phone gets powered on, then its bootloader get run ( comparable to UEFI/BIOS in Windows computer ) what , when its tasks have finished, tries to start/run Android OS.

Is not bad: many do not understand
Eeach mobile device can get run, but without an OS it stops after bootloader finished, because it's just a box of bits.
simple
when bootloader shows up, or bring it up with key combinations, connect phone to PC, and in fastboot/bootloader (on phone) type
fastboot reboot recovery
or if not work then:
fastboot boot c:\twrp.img
and do the rest via twrp, like flashing custom ROM again, or just flash stock ROM
