I have searched everywhere, but can't find the answer to this question. I have a Galaxy S III with Virgin Mobile running KK 4.4.2 build number
SPH-L710T, and want to root it. I have tried everything. Towelroot, Kingo Root and ODIN. Nothing has worked. Any answer would be appreciated.
Cheers

Hey all.
I am the owner of a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini VE (GT-8200N).
First I have looking for some guidelines and looked for rooted firmware and using Kies and Odin.
Second I found Vroot and tried that.
Nothing seems to work .
I did not find any guidelines and/or rooted firmware for Kies/Odin and even I found Youtube videos etc. for Vroot, nothing works - at all.
Vroot told me to manually rooting??
Any suggestions?
Regards
John
I recently bought this phone as Verizon no contract phone. I liked the fact I could get a 128 gb microsd and I figured it would be pretty easy to root. Boy was I wrong. I have tried towelroot, kingo root, super root and I am currently trying Root Genius. I f I had known it would be this hard to root I would have bought another phone.
Hi there,
I found a similar question here: How to root Galaxy J1?! by MiHawkBeast.
Some suggestions and a rooting "guide" can be found there.
I know that TowelRoot will only work on some devices with older firmware/kernel versions.
And here is another thread about rooting your device: [Q] How Do I root Samsung Galaxy SM-J100H by TomCabloGaming.
Good luck
Hello everyone,
First off, I apologize if I made a duplicate thread and if this topic is covered elsewhere could anyone pass on a link? Thank you.
I was wondering if there is a method for rooting the MetroPcs Galaxy s5 sm-g900t1 running lollipop 5.1.1 yet? I recently updated from Kitkat and lost root when I flashed the update. I tried Chainfire's cf-auto root method to no avail. Just wondering if anybody has developed or released a root method yet, and if not, is one in the works? Thanks in advance for any help.
I want to root my samsung galaxy s6 non-edge - g920f.
The problem is, I found a video where you download the twrp from google drive, I couldn't download that file since too many users had already downloaded it.
I then searched for a one-click root, which failed since the ones I found don't support 6.0.1 or are only for the edge.
Would someone mind helping me? Thanks soo much in advance everyone.
this might help

Hello
New to rooting i have been trying to root my old Samsung S6 Edge SM-G925V. I have tried multiple tools such as Towelroot, King Root, And PingPong root. But nothing works or it doesnt support my device. I have Android 6.0.1 on it. And i would like to know if I am just being stupid and missing something. Or if there is a method that will work that I have not found yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you so much.

Greetings and welcome to assist. None of the apps you mentioned will work on samsung devices, you have to use odin to either flash auto root or twrp and then su zip. Unfortunately though you have the verizon version which has a locked bootloader so root is not possible
