Sync tablet/directory w7 - Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone, I would like to ask your advice on this difficult topic for me:
I need to keep in sync a directory of windows 7 with a directory inside the tablet (in microsd) through a classic USB connection.
The tablet it's a samsung P3110. As you know from ics android devices are recognized with mtp protocol. I can not find an application for windows 7 that will allow me to synchronize the directory of PC with that of the tablet. Because the programs that I find enable only synchronization between directory inside the pc or devices msc.
Therefore my questions are :
-You know a program that allows a sync folders between PC and device mtp
-Alternatively I would like to know if after the root is possible transform the P3110 from mtp to msc, if it's possible which one app i must use?!
Other solutions of sync with the cloud or DLNA do not interest me.

How to access pocket pc drive via RUN?!

How do I access pocket pc from run window in windows (Start Menu> RUN). I mean, how can I find the IP of my pocket pc or the drive letter!?
Oh! Now I see what you mean! Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no UNC path to the device's file system. There is a file around here somewhere that lets you use the device as an external drive and I'm guessing that shows up on the PC as a drive letter, if that's of any help. But without any help, the only way I've ever known to access the file system is through the RAPI API programmatically or via ActiveSync for explorer. Sorry for the earlier confusion. If you want to check out that file, it should be easy to find with a search.

Share folder from Pocket PC on the network (WiFi)

Is there any application that will allow you to create a network shared folder on your pocket PC?
So while connected via WiFi I could just drag and drop files or better yet auto sync from my PC when I connect via WiFi?

Nope; the OS doesn't support this.
However, there are soem ways:
1. Bluetooh FT if you have "real" WM6 with the MS BT astack already supporting File Transfer (not only Obex).
2. FTP server. Unfortunately, the only FTP server I
know of, vxFtpSrv ( http://www.cam.com/vxftpsrv.html ) is commercial - so
is their TFTP server ( http://www.cam.com/vxtftpsrv.html ).
3. If you plan to access it from a desktop, use for example SOTI
Pocket Controller either, which also has built-in file transfer
capabilities - over TCP/IP.
As far as Bullet 3 is concerned, also take a quick look at my remote control / p2p articles (for example,
http://www.pocketpcmag.com/blogs/index.php?blog=3&p=514&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1
,
http://www.pocketpcmag.com/blogs/index.php?blog=3&p=2109&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1
etc.) .
All though that is bad news (I have been searchign for a while, so I kinda expected that it had not been done) I appreciate the response.
I also read your articles about remote control. I have run SOTI's enterprise ppc manager and I like it. The connection was not very stable but that coul dhave been many things.
I will probably build another test server with it and see if my idea will work using SOTI.
Thanks, Lew
although rescofile explorer shows your desktop or laptops shared folders under network folder with proper password and user name and can copy paste(259kbps on 54mbps card) or play videos from shared folder of your laptop on to your pocket pc. it think it is shareable too but can't figure out ,you can also check this out

Bluetooth in File Explorer

Hello,
I just bought my Polaris and I have a noob question:
How on earth do I use the bluetooth shared folder in the file explorer?
Can I have it see the shared files on my computer. I saw that CorePlayer sees the Bluetooth folder, so I guess that would be the only way to play music/movies/pictures stored on the PC.
Is there any way to do a network folder mapping?
Thanks!
Ovi
Also
On an old SE i had an option to control the computer mouse, by bluetooth.
It had an application to do that...
Is there any equivalent application on Windows Mobile? Or do i have to write it myself
Afaik, it used a bluetooth service called "Drivers for keyboard, mice, etc (HID)"
but I can't install this for my Polaris
The only option i'm thinking of now, is to build a small app that uses the wireless connection and sends messages to another application that I put on the computer. That's not the best option, but if i ever built it, i'll post it here

[Q] PC Suite for Win7 won't install...and I'd like to share things

I wanted to share things via "mynet" from my TF to my laptop but the PC utility suite won't install...I keep getting an error and it hangs.
I CAN see my lap top when I fire up "mynet" on my TF, but only some folder locations show....
How can i add folder locations to "mynet" so I can see ALL of my laptop files?
It wouldn't install for me either, just download the separate components for it and install them. It uses spashtop remote for the remote access.
I'm on Win7 32bit
Ahh...that must be what I did before....I'll try that....
Well...that didn't work...I don't want to access Webstorage or connect my TF to my laptop with a USB cable....
I want more of my folders to show up on my PC when I fire up "mynet" on my TF....and I can't seem to do that...
Try to install manually from:
Asus Sync:
dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/EeePAD/TF101/Utility/setup_1.0.40.exe
MyDesktop_SplashTop:
dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/EeePAD/TF101/Utility/SplashtopRemote_Win_v1.3.7.2.EXE
