i wanted to install the latest offical andriod version/update on my xperia S, it was rooted when i tried to do this and didn't think it would be a problem(still don't think this caused everything), anyway the update center said i had to update via pc companion, wich then said my phone had to be atleast 80% charged(this is probably where i ****ed up) i decided that 25% should be plenty for the upgrade and ingnored the warning. something went derp and now the phone won't turn on(i used different key combinations, power+volume etc)i tried charging it for 2 hours but still nothing. now when hooking it up to any power source the led turns on red then after a while the screen turns on and displays the sony logo, i can turn the phone off with by holding power+volume up, it then does the same thing as i discribed.
so did i make myself a nice paperweight of is this fixable?

God knows how my heart is bumping fast now, and how my feet feels cold.
I Will tell you what is my device doing right now.
1-Lock Screen appear after a reboot [full functional.. clock, notification, etc ]
2- after less than 2 or 3 second the phone completely freezes, it won't react to any of my touches or buttons
before this freeze i can only swipe along the lock pattern and feel the vibrations but won't open.
3-the phone keeps like that for a while, screen turns off then after some minutes it restarts again.

1- Rooted and Xposed framework
2-have a freshly installed titanium backup

Things i have made to my phone before this problem :
1- i made my "Go Launcher" a system app
but everything went well ... and worked on the phone for a while during this time
but after i rebooted the mobile phone this happened.
Can you help me !? and tell me what happen exactly !? and what should i do !?

Good Evening, i am the owner of an Sony Xperia S LT26i.
Today i Rooted my phone and Unlocked its bootloader and everything went smoothely, that was until i tried to install Paranoid Android ROM at first i couldn't boot my phone
with WCM after i managed to boot it via Flashtool after i wiped clean the Caches and all needed i tried to install the ROM and i got an install aborted and an error code 7 or something
now my phone won't turn on and just goes through SONY logo and then black screen. I am now downloading a stock rom in hopes that it will fix it.
In conclusion, can someone tell me if using flashtool to install the stock rom fix the brick and what did i do wrong with the ROM installation?

Thank you very much resetting my phone to stock seems to have worked although i now need to root it again. Do you might have any info on how to properly install Paranoid Android?
Cause i kind of have 6 threads and i don't know which of them is the appropriate Thanks again.

I have a sony xperia tx, using an app called bootbox I changed the boot screen animation. I backed up the original boot screen animation. I also did an online nandroid backup to the sd card 01, removable. I saw another boot animation I wanted to try but bootbox doesn't give the option to delete a previously downloaded boot animation. After the second boot animation the phone would go into a bootloop. So I powered it up and held down the power button. I restored it with the backup without wiping the phone. It gave me a missing boot error. Now the device is hard bricked with only the led occasionally on green when holding down the power button with it plugged into my laptop with the battery out. Then the led just sits flashing red in second intervals. It won't come on period. Is there a way to get my phone out of this hard brick status? Thanks. I have the X Rockers rom installed on it. my xperia acro s not working at all i don't know actually why, i just tried last night to get in to the CWM recovery window so i turned my device off into the fastboot when the blue light comes on after downloading
''kernel.elf'' and opened the commo window, i wrote ''fastboot flash boot kernel.elf'' after that my mobile not turning on or charge and i'm now stuck with red light when charge it, actually i tried everything to get it back but there's no response :/ please guys anyone can help me? i miss my walkman :crying::crying:

When i install a font file through fonter my phone turn off and then it just shows sony and xperia symbol repitadely then i press volumn up and power key it vibrates 3 times and till then it shows nothing no screen and led when charger plugged in what what can i do now pls help me
