I believe it's better to reflash the stock firmware all over again in your case, on mine I had a backup.

Now I had 1.24.400.2 and I can't flash 2Q4DIMG.zip anymore what should I do?

When my phone has a problem earlier on 1.10.400.23, I just flash 2Q4DIMG.zip. But now I got 1.24.400.2 on board, what should I do? I can't flash the same zip and can't restore my backups now.

Has an one got an OTA 1.24.400.2 zip? if yes could you please upload it for me?
