Hi , folks .
I suggest you how to install more languages into your device. I took the cache img.. and converted it to flash via Odin.
I hope that everything will be fine. I have T530, so I could not check.
After flashing if the languages do not appear immediately, you have to do factory reset from recovery.
Do not forget that after the factory reset lost data from sdcard.

Hi ,
You can try, and suddenly get. But I do not give any guarantees. The second variant is to install via Odin European firmware, for example T231XXU0ANJ4 firmware version for Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 (3G) (SM-T231) from region SEK . You may download it from any sourse (samobile , samsung-updates , etc.)

You dont have brick , may be bootloop only . If will be fail , you must to flash your present firmware via Odin .
Second variant 100% success .

Hi repey6. i followed your instructions, i flash CSC that you gently give me. No italian language . so I tried factory reset (I use recovery) bit nothing changed. Are you sure that russian CSC has italian language?
Flash with odin that report: all threads completed ( succeed1/failed 0) and Pass written in green color

Solved: ok I had to flash new firmware (russian) with odin. Probably my previous firmware is out-of-date while your csc is the last fw. this is only thing that I can suppose. btw now I have solved.

My european firmwares has all languages (from nglish acent to korea), i use tab 4 7.0 lastest firmware (not yet 5.1.1)

So I repacked leaked firmware N9005XXUBMH1_N9005OXXBMH1_N9005XXUBMH1 for Samsung N9005 , made deodex and added Root.
I don't flash this firmware because doesn't have this device, so performance does not promise ...
All at your own risk ...

I can rebuild any .img.ext4 but can't modifi csc.zip because havn't samsung sign tool...
I can get folder cscfrom cache.img.ext4, change csc code and input into system.img.ext4 before flash...

If I send to You the contents modified from cache.img.ext4 whit my TPH by default, You can rebuild whit it, a new cache.img.ext4 for me?
If Yes after flash Your Rom I will flash a new CSC.tar.md5 whit this cache + hidden file, made whit Your .tar.md5 Packager. BTW, Is very good this Packager, Thank You from it.
I like try different things in this my hobby.
PS's: I have way to extract the cache.img but not rebuild it. I still wait my Note 3.

Talking you more time - if you will change anything into sec_scs.zip, it imposible will be flash...

As much as it pains me, I'm going to hold off from doing any rooting/flashing custom anything, until something to either restore (or not trigger in the first place) any of these counters they've introduced.
I suggest you do the same if you too are worried about the warranty of your device.

no difference
you can download any 4.2.2 and if it doesn't have arabic, you can download it by phone in Setting/Language and Input/Language
4.1.2 roms don't support downloading languages
Install Latest NEE Firmware It's The Better And It's Fully Support Arabic

Hi,
You can't install International firmware on some Chinese model of Samsung devices, since they have different partition size. You can only flash Chinese firmware.
If you have the International pit file, it should work if you flash it together with International firmware.

But this firmware does not contain Greek language.
this one is very difficult first of all i need help from the community and i think for you this should be easy but i searched everything and came up short
i bought a unlocked SM-G930W8 and i cannot change the UI language to Portuguese or no other language
every Samsung i can change the language this one just has 4 languages then i can choose other languages but many of the ui settings are in english..
i just have one question can i flash any original firmware from samsung that works with the w8 variant? and has portuguese?
any help will be appreciated thank you.

It seem a limitation of the firmware you have at the moment , is it a branded version?
if so you could try with an un branded stock version or if you are rooted with a custom rom

asked for help via samsung canada they dont use "Portuguese" and it doesn't even have a data toggle.. had do adb shell xda as an really good article why the hell does in canada and the usa i cant toggle data is it always on???
there is an option do add another language but 90% of the phone remains english!

You can get the Mobile Data toggle back by following this - works on stock non rooted versions as well
