It can be done with theme, I've made it gray because i can't find how to change some black text. Yet

Sure, sometimes things are easier than what they look. I hope dotzi75 share his theme with us, I prefer black menus too.

Here you go!
Your phone must be rooted. If CWM recovery is installed, flash the zip in recovery.
Without recovery, extract zip and copy settings.apk to system/app with the right permissions rw-r--r--
After this, reboot the phone. Done.
I don't have tried this on my phone, please tell me if it works!
Don't forget to make a backup of original settings.apk!

Thanks mate, but unfortunately it didn't work. Settings have disappeared from the app drawer. I tried both methods (CWM and overwriting the original .apk using root explorer and giving the right permissions).
Thanks anyway
Thank you guys, but i cant root my m2, and i cant unlock fastboot...

Sorry to all who this is an inconvenience to.
does it work with the latest SE Twak ROM?
no this is for stock rom only , sorry.
but SE Tweak is based on the 4.0.2.A.0.42 stock rom. Its only modded.
Try it yourself and see what happens, just make sure you backup through CWM

Sorry for the noob question, how do I install this? via cwm recovery? or manually?

SORRY ! It needs root! I thought we had to use CWM recovery to install this , very sorry! You need Root Explorer to set the permissions and move them to correct directorys

unfortunetely since Tekken isnt using the UOT KItchen we have to install it manually , big pain in the arse because everytime i tried with the Samsung theme i kept messing it up... maybe i can try someday to make a flashable zip but honestly , expect a bootloop xD

It's quite easy if you have it rooted... get root explorer or any other root file browser and in my screenshots the one with "Conversations.apk" are the correct permissions to make this work without bootloop.
RW,R,R as most people put it.....
all apps except the framework.apk go into the
system/apps folder.
the framework-res.apk must be RW,R,R or your phone will bootloop, this file goes under
system/framework.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOVING THE FILES TO /system first then setting permissions then moving them to there respective locations.
Also the media folder can be set on your SD card but the boot animation will have to be moved and replaced in
system/media
it also needs to be RW,R,R.
hopes this clears things up for those.
P.S. bear in mind what version this is for! , i also have no intentions of making this for any other rom/stock rom version sorry.
Thank you

that one doesn't look nearly as well done imo.
A single icon isn't supposed to come out of the corner, etc...
This one is perfect.
What is the difference between corners and fast corners?
which one is better?
here's the quote
"What's Fast Corners?
I've made the fade animation when tapping a corner instant so that the corner expanding animation plays more smoothly. Basically this just reduces the number of simultaneous animations going on resulting in less work. Even on my HDPI Samsung Galaxy S this made a slight difference in performance. The tweak is non-trivial and the change is extremely minor but for users with LDPI and MDPI devices this should improve that animation."
I actually tried both, and I recommend fast corners. Seems to look much smoother, though both are awesome

@djkekko89 : Maybe try renaming it to Home.apk and then move to system/app, fix permissions, & reboot. Or uninstall your current Home(have another launcher installed so you can still use your phone) and then try installing normally. Not sure if either will work but it's worth a try...
Remember to back up your current Home.apk as these methods will replace it.

So, bad news. SOMEBODY, spilled something on my laptop and now it won't even boot up. So it may be a while. But what you can do is take a existing xrecovery zip, unzip it with root explorer delete everything except "META-INF" folder, create a new folder named "system", enter that folder and create another folder called "app" and then copy the launcher in there, zip it up using root explorer and you have a xrecovery zip

Just a small but useful thread
Had loads of requests for this font and saw everybody downloading 3rd party apps to get it ect.
For those of you that haven't seen the font, it can be seen here - http://www.ffonts.net/Sony-Sketch-EF.font
Look awesome on the phone.
This tricks the phone to think its stock fonts.
Instructions.
Go to settings / display / font style/ and change your font to Samsung Sans
Place zip on SD card and flash through CWM
Reboot
Switch font back to default
Done.

PS: Downloaded iFont from the playstore (it's free) and installed Sony Fetch using this and it worked perfectly. Hope that helps.

I understand that English must not be your first language, and I have absolutely no problem with that and thank you for your time and effort, but most have no clear idea of what making the LG G2 funkier ( I have changed the Theme Backgrounds ) means, so they at least want to see a screenshot of what this mod will do before they bother to install it.
That's not unreasonable is it? If I'm missing something and this is not something that can be screenshot or doesn't matter if it was then forgive me, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that doesn't want to install every mod they see without having a better idea of what it is they are getting, at least.
Thanks.

First of all, google qmg to png converter. Find the one that is an an apk. It will convert and put files right on your phone. Only replace the pngs you want to modify so you don't make the apk too big. As far as the dialer background, you need to write the background in in your styles.xml. it has gotten a little harder on 4.4.4. Look for DeviceDefault and stay there.

Put the icons in whatever folder they came out of.. Probable drawable-sw360dp-xxhdpi and delete the qmg or astc file with the same name. You have to search for the colors. They are not all in one place.
