Thanks, I tried Synapse but don't know why it looked so complicated to me
I am using "Devil Kernel Manager" right now and it looks solid.
I will give synapse another try later
Tyr v29 with the f2fs slimKat rom so far 10 hours while still able to check email and play a bit of boom beach 78% right now took a few calls and xda too. Using intelliactive with the multi core power save and the MSM hotplug with default settings. And default gpu settings. Great kernel work here. BTW for those who asked about ART and xpossed it seemed to work for me.

Fastcharge doesn't work for me, from 70+, I takes 3+ hours to charge, is fine on AK. Maybe something drains it on this kernel, dunno.

Synapse actually does a really good job of explaining what each feature or control does. It looks daunting, but once you get into it, it's not that scary

You'd have to try them all, and I think you'd get different results with each hotplug/governor combination.
Impulse, yank, nightmare, and zzmove all seem to be well balanced to me. Google them for details on how they work.

If you flashed samsung kitkat rom you have the new bootloader, I'm trying to fix that so everyone can switch to the new one. Downgrading to the old bootloader is tricky (and quite dangerous).

I tried it and it didn't solve any problem. Marco said that it was because I come from the 4.4.2 Kitkat version and I have the new bootloader, is it your case too?

Now I'm using kitkat bootloader, the new fix is for all... Try it... It should work for you too

If you're using this unofficial rom just wait for themorpheus. The fix will be included completely into the next official rom nightly at the link you specified. If you want to apply the fix without updating the rom you can download the fix from the official omnirom thread (in original android development) at

They're just ports. I could be wrong though(and please correct me if I am), but since the OP isn't the actual developer of the ROM, then it can't be put in the original dev forum. Although, I think it could go into the AT&T LG G3 development forum. Just not the original development forum

Ah I see. Are the CM11 and SlimKat Roms there not also ports?
SlimKat and CM are ports, as listed as being Unofficial. (Might be wrong, but this is my speculation)

I second that. If anyone has the rom.zip, it'd be great if they could mirror it.
With all of these builds, the past three, I get apps closing like watchespn, titanium backup closes any time I click on an app.

Everything is working except usual Bluetooth problems. Also the new pa recent apps menu isnt there.

with due respects and admiration to other rom developers, I have tried so many here but I must say, this is by far the smoothest and best rom I experience eg Nice touch with display of battery with several choices. Many have chosen to put it into the battery iconbox display that probably only an ant can read. Some have left it out completely.

Okay lets straight to the topic
first boot takes a long time,as expected from the ART runtime,so don't panic.....(you must not )
The UI is very good (its L though...) and smooth,except the app drawer on launcher is little laggy.....
CPU and GPU OC works good (thanks to @PolishVodka for awesome kernel).Novathor settings work for GPU OC (didn't test it for UV and other things)
For swap storage,i can't use the novathor settings to do it in my case.I use the Crashdjent script for it (Thanks to him !! he is awesome :good: :good: )
For gaming,its good (i played the GTA chinatown wars only though...)
Power off and reboot didn't work from the power menu.
Recording video didn't work,the result of the recording turned into green video.
titanium backup works only for restore data in my case.
All the other things are working normally.
Well,thats it.If you want to share your experience just post here man.....

Sometimes when turning on torch in the quick settings there is a quick restart of the whole android ui without any "system is not reponding" message. Also the torch remains off.
Any infos about battery life?
How many screen-on hours etc...

I was thinking about making that one.But I don't think i could update the thread quickly when they updated their rom in polish forum,i don't have much free time :crying:
But anyway,you can just go to the original thread and translate the whole page with the Chrome feature though......

Dude, I will create a new thread in Development section when ROM will be more for daily use, it's still in Alpha stage and I doesn't see a reason for now.
When camcorder and LPM will be working than new thread will be.
PS. Better to use CWM, Philz or TWRP?

By the way, this kernel is really good because it adds intelliplug and custom governors, and because it supports the Cyanogenmod nightlies!

Install R4 version and in specifics tab click screen wake control!
I'm enjoying this kernel so far. It works wonderfully with CM12, and has the three things I most want in a kernel: support for a large number of governors, DT2W support, and FauxSound. Keep up the good work !
