dir anirudhks, can you tell me how to make yourself boot.img for lg g pro 2?
I use the mkbootimg tools for the kernel, ramdisk, but there are 1024 bytes in the end of the boot.img, which located in 0xB35800, I do not know how to get it.

Unable to flash V3 Felix
ran the windows batch file, with usb debugging on but it says that /sdcard/system/system.img: cannot open for read: No such file or directory. this happens even though i copied the system file into the root of sdcard. pls help

@anirudhks HI, I have used Samsung premium devices last few years (now on Note3) but decided to change brend. I will buy 16gb pro 2 (storage is not so important to me) and I want to know can I install this rom on 16gb variant or it is only for 32gb?

Your device needs to be rooted and USB debugging needs to be enabled

My device is rooted the USB debugging also enabled.. Is it required opened Bootloader ??

Unlocked bootloader is not required. If device is offline then you may need to install ADB driver. You can check in Device Manager. When phone is plugged in with USB debugging enabled you should see ADB Interface

wifi reception efficiency
Hi. Did anyone suffered drops or reduction in wifi reception?
Compared to stock rom as well as v1, i do noticed a dropped in wifi reception sensitivity when on v3.

On 27 nightly rotation seems to be broken. I'm sure y'all are aware. I rarely post on xda ever, but in all honesty this has to be the most stable PAC has been since 4.1-4.2. Everything works perfect and I appreciate all your hard work. Wakka wakka

I just come back from the cm12, because the wifi is not stable...
I like a few thinks of the CM12. For example the new google keyboard. I have noticed, that it can be installed from play store and this is what I made yesterday, but it doesn't work with the Pac Man version pac_bacon-nightly-20141126. I have installed and unisntall the app, restore the phone, and look all the option that the system have for the keyboard, but it doesn´t work. The main problen is that it doesn't appear. I installed the swiftkey app and no problem.
Any solution? Or it doesn't work for this rom?

i am using pac rom 4.4.4 latest build. i am facing a problem. After the screen is locked, i can't unlock it. Also, when i place a call, the screen gets blank and unless the call ends, i can open the screen. any help!

I know I'm asking a nooby question. But is it really really necessary to wipe the system partition while flashing ROMs? Or just a factory reset will do the trick? X_X

I think have tried almost every rom with dual sim support, but I will stick with PAC for a while now! Awesome rom, with every feature I need.
Just have one minor bug: I have a centered clock for my xt1033 and from time to time the clock disappers and it will only show back after reboot or after sometime when I unlock the screen. Do this happen to anyone else?

As I said above, this is by far the best ROM I´ve used in XT1033.
I have only one little bug. Whenever the clock is centered in status bar, from time to time it simply disappears. If it´s regular (right corner) there is no problem at all.
Does someone have a possible solution/fix for that?

I tried and it was very smooth. Try it power button+vol up

camera freezing
because this rom is based on CM thats why u got that problem. CM has such bug (memory leak on screen on/off) and it is not yet fixed. the only solution is to reboot the phone and camera will work for few minutes then it goes back to freezing. check this link jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/NIGHTLIES-96

Camera Freezing Solution
I had the camera freezing problem when taking a picture after dirty flashing RC3. Clean flash fixed that problem using the same RC3 install. I have an XT1032 and currently at over 70 hours of uptime. No problems so far, great job, thanks! I can't post in the regular thread where more people are reporting this, but if you have camera freezing, try a clean flash!

wifi file sending issue.
I can't send anything or receive anything from apps like superbeam or share it which uses wifi and hotspot to send files... Any solution??

XT1033: Chrome problems in RC-3
Chrome opens as a pop up in RC3. When accessed through recents it opens normally. Although tabs opened in pop up mode do not get restored in normal mode and vice versa.
I have also seen this problem in other 4.4 ROMS (eg. Resurrection Remix gti9082)

It's Google fault with chrome... Latest chrome beta works flawless. Try it.

I've came back to stock (optimised) rom after many bad experiences with a d2w/s2w bug, thats "swtch on" the screen while in a call. I seen this problem only in s2s/d2w kernels. I can see this function in your kernel. You know if this problem is present?
Well, I'm very curious about the audio features, but I, sincerely, dont know what are the additional audio channels provided by this ROM. What this do? Where's more noticed?

This rom seems to have some problems to enter in deep sleep mode.

The new rom, released today will reboot right after a complete boot. Custom kernel seems to solve the problem

I love this ROM and be my daily driver , and will be nightly update for this ROM?

Vibration bug
Hi,
I just notice a little bug from vibration, it still active even if i desactivate it in parameters. So, to complety desactivate vibration i used the silent hours from 00:00 to 23:59 with only vibration desactivate action. And it works.

This might be a stupid question, but do I realy need TWRP for this rom to install?
That's because TWRP isn't working for my phone (xt1032, eu retail) . I tried to install the recovery in the second post, but I get a "boot header" text in red and then "boot-up failed" when trying to boot it from fastboot.
Can I just use CWM, because that is working here... ?

@up flashed twrp without any problem on xt1032 8gb euretail ,have you previously updated your stock to 4.4.4[because that's what I did as I comeback to stock] + use linux for fastboot and adb.I never managed to have working adb+fastboot worked for me ,especially finding correct driver and uninstalling the previous one ,while with linux it's only sudo -s ,then apt-get install android-tools-adb && apt-get install android-tools-fastboot

No it shouldn't be an issue ,as I've flawlessly installed twrp on 4.4.4 stock ,just to mention with CWM you might will fail to install Gapps[tested] ,so you will have to use diffrent Gapp package[search for old PA gapp I've used pa_gapps-modular-pico-4.4.4-20140916a-signed.zip works just fine --I've reinstalled the rom and used a diffrent recovery]
[side note I've 64kb/s upload ,so I can't upload it to you ,you need to make your own resarch ,for an old pa gapps].

Yes rom itself can be installed with cwm ,make sure that md5sums are correct before flashing.

I've tried lots of roms and, in my opinion your one is one of the best.
I've got a little problem, I've setted APN correctly and my data connection works, but i see only "h" symbol on status bar and not "h+" as I saw in other roms.

problem flashing the rom
i was on DU 8.2 and i wanted to update to 9.0 so i followed the instructions in the OP , flashed lastest TWRP. and wiped everything, then as i was about to install the zip it said error executing updater binary file o something like that.... ive searched forums quite a bit now and i was wondering how i could finally install this wonderful rom

been a big fan of the 4.4.4 DU on my moto g..
this one isnt as smooth, have some lags here and there.
Im using the xt033 to GPe converted moto G so i had to install donkey kang kernel for it to work so that may be why it is not as smooth.
it lacks some features that the kitkat version had, but overall
a good set of features still in, and they work well. good job

I have a problem. I get systemui force close as soon as the phone boots up. I've followed the steps properly, even tried flashing the Donkey kernel. The problem still persists. What am I missing here?
Also, anyone's got problems with a flickering screen? Suggestions?

First of all nice rom
Everything is working so far.
Expect the Music Player (standard Player). When i playback a mp3 all is normal. But when i try to to pause or stop the player don´t do anything and my hole system gets slow and crash hard.
I try another player from the store. But i got the same problem.
I am using the default kernel and i do a clean install.
Any solution ?

Tried flashing just a bit ago using philz. Let it sit for probably 20 mins and it just wouldn't install. Anyone face that problem with 9.1?

I tried to flash from x1032 GPE, but it doesn't work..
only with these steps I solved:
- I flashed before 4.4.4 EU with fastboot, then "openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.0-falcon_STOCK_KK".
- reboot into recovery
- wipe all
- reboot recovery
- drag n drop zip file from pc to the phone with MTP USB
- flash the rom

[SOLVED]
Flashed 9.1 last night (using CWM after having wiped dalvik/cache and factory wipe) and aside from some sluggishness it seemed to work fine, but after going outside I noticed no data connectivity was happening. I can call, wifi works, but data just won't work. When I try to open the providers menu in the data settings, com.android.phone instantly crashes. I'm on UMTS, btw, not CMDA as you talked about in that G+ post. I'll post a logcat if required, if you can tell me what to do while it's logging.
