How did you stream smb videos?
looks like buffering issue.
In which decoder?
Can you try other decoders like H/W+ or S/W.
If the problem persists just play the video & seek one or two times. Then Goto Help 》 Report bug. Save the logs and attach here

Stream videos via Samba - >Es file Explorer, I can stream files with bit rate of 10mbps flawlessly with DTS audio I'm on nexus 7 2013 tried all decoders.

Can you give us an idea about what is being said in that thread?
Just use google translate from italian to english
Still 8Mbit/s for 1080p and 6Mbit/s for 720p, both in MPEG4/AVC.
Think that the sound is better now at 64Kbit/s on AAC format. Lower in the older videos previously linked.

Can somebody try a 720p video on the youtube browser with the latest flash 10.3 version and see if it is running well. That version was supposed to be optimized for OMAP 4 (I don't have an O3d)
720p on the stock browser is laggy so i didn't even bother to try 1080p but on Opera Mobile 720p is pretty much handled well and 1080p not good at all. Also I want to mention that the zoom while playback is much smoother in Opera.
thanks for checking. I guess its the browser/flashplayer issues because netflix anounced that omap chip in the LG will be able to handle 1080p streaming.
android 2.3 should definitely fix the flash player issues. The galaxy tab (which has the same gpu as o3d) had the same issues with froyo but after the update to gingerbread it was smooth for 720p/1080p in the browser. See this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1077096
galaxy tab has Tegra 2
the original galaxy tab (http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_p1000_galaxy_tab-3370.php) it has the sgx540 not the tegra one.
i tought the 10.1

Videos wont play

None of the videos I take with my Skyrocket will play on my computer. What am I doing wrong?
I get audio but no video?? Weird
Going out limb here and am going to say that its ur computer. I have played many videos from my phone on my Comp..
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
What video player are you using. Try VLC that thing will play anything.
Install the codec pack that comes with Kies, or use a community maintained codec pack like CCCP (Combined community codec pack).
I have CCCP installed and videos play without any difficulty in WMP, VLC and MPC

Very loud sound on some videos on 1 point of sound

I install MXPlayer from Yandex.Store on my tablet "Smarto 3GDi10" (Intel Atom Z2580, with Yandex.Kit).
And on some videos on 1 point of sound sound is very loud:
After disableing normalization of sound - no effect.
On smartfon (ARM) all works fine.
Also I installs MX Player 1.7.31 + Intel x86 Codec 1.7.31 from official site - no effect.
Thanks!

[Q] Audio stutters over samba wifi

Here's my video file i downloaded on youtube it play perfectly if local sd card, but when i try to play via es explorer + mx player via samba the video and audio will stutters after 5 seconds of play, its not my wifi , as it works on most video files even full hd with dts, just selected mp4 with aac codec has this issue
I tried combination of setting in mx player
TEST
HW video + hw audio, it will hangs in loading not played
SW video + sw audio , it will play but video and audio/video stutters badly
Sw video + hw audio , video loads very long, when it played audio/video stutters
Sw video or Hw video + disable audio, video plays smoothly , skipping and search smoothly.
Temp SOLUTION
start video in SW video,
pause and disable audio,
while still pause ,set video back to HW video, let it load and cache for abit, play video then pause,
enable audio back to track 1
= audio/video play smoothly with seeking workings as well
