i install the termin v3 rom on xperia e single but the battery goes down very fast, and the phone stuck and lag why? and why to fix the problem? this rom is very good !

Probably its the kernel's fault. It can be not optimized for yoir device

This is the stock kernel of the .17 firmware for who wants to revert back from any other kernel if issues were faced.
Make sure you have the latest flashtool because older versions doesn't have the .sin kernel support so you can't flash it !

This kernel is not an upgrade , it's just a stock kernel taken from .17 firmware

hey i have question... if i use vengence kernel to flash rom(example rom:[C2104/05] Xperia L
Clean 'n' Tweaked - 15.0.A.2.17 - v3 - 01/10/13)
after i sucess flash rom .,,,
can i change vengence kernel to this stock kernel????so,, i think it's more stable with stock kernel

whats up guys..so now we have the car kernel thanks to Varun..appreciate ur work btw..I think devs can now start working on the Miui Roms..and why don't make it official we know that some developer are working with omni ROM secs so I hope somebody will be the xl maintainer in Miui..our device is worthy of having all good Roms..

I have tried to port the MIUI V6 from Nexus 5 rom but without success till this moment. It just get stuck on the boot screen. Will try to solve the issue and will share the update if I achieve any?

You can not expect STABLE MIUI unless we have a full stable AOSP/CM
Once we have one stable ROM from any of above, I think we can have other ROMS as well. Also, the CAF kernel needs to be fully stable.
Once both of them are fixed, I am sure we will see some new roms at Xperia L forum

I prefer porting MIUI but will try to port Lewa OS in the mean time. Thanx for the link.

Don't forget to replace our 4.1 kernel's BOOTCLASSPATH with LewaOS's bootclasspath (if available) to make it bootable :good:

Miui source code has been released on GitHub back in December, so it's definitely possible to port it. It's also KitKat based.

i'm too trying to build it from redmi 1s rom after completion i'm having build and update script and build prop of armani(redmi 1s ) i don't know why its building armani instead of taoshan .i have built the rom using android kitchen followed every step carefully .
i have selected taoshan zip first then redmi's rom which i was trying to port finally i'm finishing with armani build .

Hello i have bootloop on my Xperia L when i flash new FXP318 CM11... weird is that, when i flash older CM11 (BETA 2) from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/orig-development/rom-cyanogenmod-11-t2735551 it boot up normaly and fully working... Is there something wrong ?
Bootloader unlocked, CWM 6.0.4.8

Tried every possible combination. But still bootloop. Beta2 was better. I guess the problem is in the boot.img of the FXP318.
Anyway, I saw a post which said that we need to use boot.img and vold from beta2 for FXP318. Anybody tried that?
I used the boot.img, but no luck. I don't know how to use vold.

Xperia E is a low-end device...
overclock = high performance but not good battery life
no overclock = very good battery life and normal performance
now I'm using hsr0's kernel (stock settings, I haven't opened CPU Control) with eXperia Black Edition (with Greenify) and it have a very good battery life and good performance.

If you want good battery life don't overclock the phone. When I had used TurboICS I had set the Poseidon ICS so.

You need a custom kernel for flash the ROM, you can't flash a ROM on stock kernel.

Kernels are flashed in recovery, and they can be flashed on stock Roms, ask kernel dev if it's compatible, although it should say in the thread(op)
