Few Questions
Hi, thank you for the rom. Since I am new to trying custom roms, I have a few doubts.
Are the updates for the first version or second?
Should I be on stock or can I be on cm11 for flashing the rom because the rom is based on the stock firmware.
Can you do the overclock till 1.8ghz? Cause one rom based on ics, I saw he had overclocked to 1.8ghz.
How much ram is available? Instead of swapping internal and sd, can i swap ram?
And, what is the download link for the zeus kernel or is it part of the rom itself?
When do I flash the Sandra kernel? I remember seeing that kernel flashing should be followed by flashing the rom and the phone will not boot if only the kernel is flashed.
Do I need twrp or can I use cwm recovery?

swap folder is created by the kernel
Problems with notifications and slow rom
Hello from Spain, I'm using this rom on my xperia e c1505, and me and noticed that when you take some time searching the internet "use google chrome" rom becomes progressively slower, until he gets caught, and another e thing I noticed is that I do not receive notifications in real tienpo "Line, washapp ... etc" will be a mine or rom problem? and if it is mine how do I fix it?

I removed many apps to make Pure CyanogenMod+ light as possible, for fastest experience. I deleted live wallpapers, cm updates and more.

Pure CyanogenMod+ will come to J,Miro,E but no exact plan for Tipo, E Dual as of yet.

no, I use right apktool becasue I don't have any problems to recompile framework jar/apk (1.5.2), error occurs with apps from system/app, not with all apps but with Phone.apk allways. It's frustrating.
About Pure CM, maybe add CrossBreeder? I used seeder and it reducet lags a lot!

Yup, seeder is a great way to increase performance, will add on next version.
I was gonna do the same to CM10 the way you did nice work ! :good:

I don't think that this is possible because the base of this rom is CM10, and Gimlo is based on stock rom.
Can anyone post a mini review of this rom....maybe a lil comparison with original cm10

I certainly would love to work with the STOCK ROM, But i need more time, i have my exams coming next week, and have to switch back to JB to try them.

I would say it is more stable with this i dont get random reboots when i turn WiFi/Bluetooth/GPS on or off
And source will be posted here in next update (today), I added few more I/O Schedulers and Governors ill try to add few more things and new version with updated Post will be here

I got them from cm11 source, I might port it to cm10 one day but since I am using CM11 On daily bases i cant test it right now.
Oh and since there is now frandom CM11 is really fast and smooth

Nope, not possible. You must unlock your bootloader.

A few suggestions for V7:
* Please do not include as many standard apps. For example facebook, G+ and youtube can easily be added later. As things are now, they are hardcoded and can't be uninstalled.
* Please include another selectable keyboard. The xperia keyboard kept crashing for me.

hello, i have a problem in running the ICS recovery it said "adb server is out of date. killing...." im using Xperia J st26 ICS, and using Windows 8. can you help me to fix this. i really like ur rom.

i had successfully installed alien rom 6 in xperia j and it works great.
games also runs very fluently thanx xda for this great rom
my phones appearance is also now looking very charming.

I will try to Update AlienROM to V7 If I can, V7 would be cleaner and alot more bare to make it faster

one thing i had noticed about alien rom v6 is that when i uninstall any application the msg prompts "unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped working"
im in doubt the application can unistall completely or not... please help

The app you uninstalled is uninstalled completely I can assure you that. Just a minor framework problem that's why it says android.acore has stopped working.

First of all, this is a development section, neither questions nor requests are allowed.
If no developer is working on it and it looks like that, you're out of luck.
The majority of the community of the z3 isn't looking for a Miui Rom so no developer will do it.

I'm working right now on a Personal MIUI Rom with included Gapps and some tweaks...
I will take a look on the D6633 Firmware and try to make it available too. Is there any ROM out yet with D6603 AND D6633 Support Like a Choice in AROMA Installer or something? This would make it more easy for me... Support is Welcome

I hope you reconsider your idea of included Gapps as it isn't allowed to deliver a Rom with Gapps preinstalled. That's why we have the Gapps Packages all over XDA.
Otherwise good luck and thank you for your effort on porting Miui

I forget that point... but in my other Miui ROM's i've never had any Problems with including the Play Service and Play Store. I think the Point is we don't can Pre-Compile Google Apps with ROM's like CyanogenMod/AOSP.But if i use Firmwares like Sony's Stock to make ROM's ,Gapps are already included by default. Means i don't use a GAPPS.zip to include Google APP's in the ROM... is there a diffrence?
