I been porting hello00's themes to my rom for a while now thought I'd share also. Below is what you get I have fixed his #1 key issues and alignments. Enjoy guys. I'll be working on more importing the other things as well recompiling and compiling bleh and fixing some other issues. Remember this is not the same one from his OP thread this one was modded to fix the D850 problems. Below is two versions one is for the STOCK OEM ROM your phone came with the other is the Cloudy Rom near the bottom Flash the right one for your ROM.
HOW TO INSTALL
FLASH ONLY IF ON THE STOCK D850 OEM ROM
Remember to turn off Exposed Themes
Restart into Recovery
Install Black Out Theme
- If you installed my old version run the new return to stock file before flashing.
Restart into android
Open File explore
Delete the following files
- /system/framework/lge-res.odex
- /system/priv-app/LGContacts.odex
- /system/priv-app/LGIncallUI.odex
- /system/priv-app/LGSettings.odex
Reboot and Enjoy

Boot into KitKat
Open File explorer

Sick. The black on white works!
Many thanks for the theme, it is a big improvement over stock. If I may be so I'll to suggest discrete gray lines between items in the call log and numbers in the dial pad? At least for me they add visual appeal and usability, as I can get a sense of where one item ends and another begins with just a glance.
Going to work more on Monday more fixes some lines for buttons and some ui if all goes well.

Theme looks good so far, however I would wipe your data before flashing it, as it boot looped me the first time but after a wipe and reflashing the deodexed rom, then tb's tmods, and then this with reboots in between it worked well.

And if you want to make it seem like you have jellybean with this theme you could edit the build.prop version to 4.2.1 I believe that's the newest version of android.

couple buggy things are the scroll highlight might give seizures
and the size of the keyboard, is it suppose to be small like that?

I think I know what causes the highlight when scrolling ill look at it today and see
The keyboard isn't supposed to be that small ill replace it with a better one in my next update
I haven't looked ur files yet but when that happened on my theme it was in colors.xml, the black=was changed to ics blue so any apk that called on android=black, it was blue.
Keyboard is usable don't get me wrong

I loved this theme only problem was it would sometimes lock up in the messaging screen. Also it would not ring and was very buggy when receiving phone calls. I am sorry I do not have a log to share, I'll work on trying to figure out how to get error logs. I really liked the theme though.

Have you tried wiping data for the phone and messaging apps?

The theme seems to work fine, just very slow and laggy. I have not had any FC yet though and that is a good thing. I now have Groove IP on the phone and have it as a wifi backup.

It was pretty quick prior to install after install of theme it was not responding as fast. I did not do any addition debloat except to install eg04 deo.zip that is what was running prior theme.

Do you ha e tbs mods flashed on top? When I used this on my continuum it wasn't laggy and seemed to be very responsive. When I was running it I had the deflated and deo eg04 rom, then the mods for eg04 and then this flashed on top. Also upon install I wiped dalvic cache. Not sure if any of that may make a difference but it's worth a shot. You could also try wiping data in cwm and see if that helps.

I did all that but did not have tb mods flashed first. Which mod did you flash?
I may just flash everything from scratch.

BUGS:
You may find that posting pics or uploading through Tapatalk , Hangouts will be broken.( You can post to Hangouts by selecting image using a file manager)
Opening Tapatalk notification will cause a FC
To fix the posting of pic or to just turn off Split View use a file explorer and delete this line or change it from true to false "ro.lge.capp_splitwindow=true" and reboot.
Uninstalling apps that can be used in Split View may cause a FC of Split View Services
For now to deal with this FC you must hold your power button until your phone reboots.

It has the stock look, but I will be doing a theme or two for it. I will more than likely port my Carnage theme here sometime soon.

I didn't even think of it. I did not remove it in this build. Sorry. Easy fix.

Performance is great as it's in your head because it's a custom rom but in reality it runs like stock or a real noticeable difference?
I don't mean that in a rude way but I've seen people get caught up just because it's a custom rom and it ends up performing the same as stock.

I will upload another version tonight. Which will fix many things. I placed the folder wrong for the weather.. Thats why its not working. Asking you to make a mirror of the V2 when I release it. I have a very slow internet. It may take an hour to upload or even more.

Updated the OP. The Widget will only work with the LG Launcher.

I'll probably make a mirror for you either way just in case something doesn't work again. Now version 2 is working very well for me. The issues I had are fixed.

Honestly I don't think it matters what you choose there haven't noticed a difference myself. But Yea they all install G3 launcher

Go to phone settings/applications/all then find contacts and clear data and then incall and clear data and phone and clear data then reboot
I cleared as said and still get contacts has stopped

Did you flash any other mods before this and are you running xposed mods also your are on NI2 correct If so what rom are you running
Updated Zip to fix MMS not theming problem
I was just looking at your dark dialer and mms then came across thing. Just what I was looking for but touching "phone" causes contacts to FC. I did the wipes you mentioned but no go. I am on stock rooted NI2 with only busybox and SS installed at this point. Just got the phone today.
No mods.... I'm using Ricks16 rom

I'm on Rick's Rom as well, no add ons, just straight stock and same results as everyone else. This would be the only addon I would flash cause I dig the dark ui

Give this one a try/ Try deleting all your call list then go to settings applications all applications and delete contact data and contact storage data then reboot flash zip and see id that works

Thanks for the theme! I am also getting an FC specifically in the dialer tab of Contacts. Are there any plans to darken the blue parts of the twframework and systemui? Like the volume panel, power menu, etc.

Patiently awaiting for Android 5 to hit the Sense corner of the HTC world, I thought I would dabble a bit with GPE. Presenting a theme for three specific HTC M8 ROM's currently running the Android 5. This these is only a starter theme to get some feedback from users. Included are themed Settings.apk (98% finished), GoogleDialer.apk, GoogleContacts.apk, Google Now Launcher.apk, modded framework-res.apk, and the Calcuator.apk. I am currently theming other Google apks at the moment and will be adding them into the first update.
Themes are made on the latest stable downloads provided by the ROM Developer in their specific threads. Making themes for multiple ROM's is tough business so please provide me with any comments, feedback, or suggestions that you may have.
Special thanks to @Spannaa for developing a working vtheme for Android 5 and for the use of his vrtheme for my project.
Special thanks to @Basil3 for coaching me on a couple of sticky issues.

INSTRUCTIONS
Choose the correct download for the specific ROM that you are using. The theme currently supports Digitalhigh GPE, Skydragon GPE, and SinLessROM GPe.
Make a back-up of your current device. Flash in recovery.
I will be continuing support and adding new apks with updates. Any apk that you would like to have themed, please let me know.

UPDATE - V2 for All Devices - January 3 - 2015
After a tedious week, I finally have the courage to publish the first update. Included are a fully themed Hangouts apk and Velvet apk. Please report any theming issues here as I am certain I missed something.
I want to give a big thanks to @Basil3 for providing me the base edits for Hangouts. Thanks mate, you saved me hours.. Thanks to @Team Blackout for developing the inverted Hangouts.

Razor Winter Update Version 3 - January 09, 2015
Ok, folks, here is the Razor Winter Theme for the GPE update 3. What's been updated and included are the following.
1. Added theme Google Messenger apk
2. Re-based Google Now Launcher with new colors, icons, and accents
3. Fixed force closed issues with Google Search
4. Added some new themed elements to the Google Dialer and Google Contacts apks
5. Re-based Settings apk and fixed a couple of minor theming issues
6. Added themed Cell Broadcaster apk
7. Added themed Easy Access Service apk
8. Some other minor theming adjustments to give the ROM a more uniformed look
Please download the correct theme for the ROM that you are using. I will be adding another ROM, Nocturnal at a later date. Please report any theming issues here in the thread. I am currently theming the Google+ and Gmail apks, but that will be a while before I publish those in the next update.
Please consider buying me a beer or a large cup of java. These themes keep me away at night........

im on skydragon and didnt change google now, but thats only thing.

The Google Now is transparent for each ROM that I themed. I flashed and tested the theme for each ROM specifically. I've never used the Lyapotas mod pack but I will investigate it later tomorrow.

The DH is my current daily ROM and the ROM that I initially tested the modded Google Now. Appdrawer and homescreen folder are semi transparent. Are you using any other mods? As well, are you on the latest build, the ROM release on the 18th of December? Any previous releases won't work as the Google Now is in the data/app.

I am on the 18th build.
I figured out what it was. I am using Apex launcher. Google now launcher is semi transparent like it should be.

Theme is nice though
Some parts of the theme work nicely, and others not so much. But is it possible you can create a darker version, maybe with a hint of red? I'd donate for that.

Settings.apk is 98% finished. There are two issues, the one you posted and another one somewhere else. They will be added in an update in 1 or 2 days. As well, a couple of other apks will be themed.
