I own Panasonic Eluga A which has Android 4.3 Jellybean Out-of-the-box. I want to root my phone to install a custom ROM. Please help me out.

I have IMO S50 and I was trying to install CWM via MTK SPFlashTool readback method
I followed all the step but it always ended up like this

I already tried a lot of root method from framaroot, root towel, iroot, root genius etc but none of them work
my phone is MTK6572 with KitKat 4.4.2
I wonder why all those method didn't work, could anyone help me?
